The way you set this up for first half Fresh at South Point and then Second Half Burn at the Luis Napoles Bowling Center is a great set up. Hopefully more of this type of BR

The REX cover is very versatile. I have 2 balls with it: Night Road and VEBO. I've used both balls with surface changes from 1500 to 5000 +shine depending where I'm bowling and what the pattern is. This new ball you are reviewing looks so matched up for you Louis, glad you will be throwing 2 and that they work at 2 different houses. I dream of that kind of simplicity with a 3 ball bag I can take anywhere. If only.

Looks like a great ball. Storm missed an opportunity to put this into the thunder line. Why pay the extra 50 dollars when you can get a hustle with a similar result?

It's amazing. You must be the best bowler in the world. Every video I've seen of yours, you never miss the pocket or even leave a 10 pin here or there. Every storm ball you've reviewed, you have loved also. You need to be on tour brother. They shouldn't let you enter local tournaments

Would love to see it compared to the Hustle BRY. They both have similar core numbers and it would be interesting to see how much difference there are in the coverstocks.

Well, so far for me (because I haven't thrown that one... yet) I would say the road. I love playing down and in, and I'll start with the road, and when needed, I'll bring out the IQ Ruby. With this combo, I've thrown 650 and greater series for the past couple of league nights

I like how you show the two different centers to show the flexibility of the ball motion. I have been struggling with a choice though. My game 1 is usually magic gem. Then game 2 the lane usually allows me to use the phaze 2. I can usually shoot close to or above 200 if I am executing my shots (which isn't as common as I would like). However, I usually struggle in game 3 because I have hy road and hy road pearl (in 14 lbs) and I feel like I have to slow it down too much to consistently be near the pocket. I've been wondering if it would just be better to go with a VEBO, Attention star, iq ruby, the road, or now this one. I still don't understand different strengths of coverstocks super well yet.
Would love to see this compared to literally any hustle balls at the same surface because now way should I be paying the extra money for a storm ball when roto grip sells hustles for only 100$ online
Think these are stronger than hustles right? So prob the shots in the oil will come back to strike more often where a hustle may flat 10 or 2,8, 10. But a hustle could be better if playing second arrow area straight down and in.
The A.I. Core is the real deal. I through a Summit and an Absolute Power. My in-between in a Journey that I love, but you can hear the difference between the A.I. Cores and the non-A.I. Cores.
My favorite balls for later in thr block. Strong core weak cover. Right noe its the astro physix i love that ball

Looks like the Hustle line. maybe the Hustle X-Ray from your Hustle review. and for my money I would buy the Hustle over the Lightning.

My only question is who really wants to pay $50 extra dollars for a thunder line ball because it says blackout on it lol.
I'll just buy a vebo tbh. A Thunder line ball sitting in the Signature line does not sit well with me.
Why are you referring this ball to be a thunder line ball, just because the original was? What about the IQ line? They’re also low diff and both use R2S covertock which is equivalent to the thunder line balls also. Same same
$50 more and you get that much more performance. AI outer core and Rex cover

The core looks like a Hustle Core and I love my hustle RN don’t think I want to pay extra money for a Stronger hustle with my Rev rate being higher.

great video, l have tried storm off and on over the past coiuple of decades and never quite matched up with the equipment except on the Old Virtual Energy. this one looks like it will fit big time. Luis, how does this match up with the Storm Virtual Energy Blackout? oh and hope Oliver is doing great and you and the Mrs are too

Wow! Great video Luis. Throwing the ball at different locations and conditions, illuminates how the ball handles the two types of lane conditions and houses, and how it handles the angles needed to strike on each! I was enamored with the ball motion, at SouthPoint, that straighter approach it right up my alley. To give a response to your question, I'd have to say, the ball you recommended I get, that rolls better to/for me, iQ Tour Solid (I have video proof on my channel), lol!
