It is not possible using this web part.

For whatever reason you can't use the people field in quick chart. So if you want to see number of items per person, that's not allowed.

Hi, how do I set the Y-AXIS limits ? as an example if I want to show project completion percentage and the value is 100 % then the y-axis limit is at 125 % which I do not want.
