This video is like a meteaphor Bob Einstein jokes. He likes to tell long stories with a punch line at the end. Listening to Cheryl like 'alright wrap it up' makes the timing of his joke even better.

At the tender age of 24 Bob Einstein was hired by Tom Smothers to be a comedy writer for the Smothers Brothers' TV show of the 1960s. He had a recurring role on that program as the policeman Officer Judy. // On this panel shown people looked mortified after Bob finished his joke. Of course -- he upstaged them completely and showed how boring the whole thing had become.
