AirStyle88 yeah I agree in this, but the game can be ok even with only ranked and lobby, plus the combat system is great and the game is pretty balanced. Sadly the game is dead now but doing scrims (team training) against other teams is still really fun and it requires really much ability. That’s why I prefer this game at 012

Firion's EX is probably my favorite, along with Firion himself just being a great, and favorite character.
Yeah Firion is a great character to play as,and his EX Burst is just awesome.

I wish they would make a remaster of this game, not even like full-on just increase the visuals or something. This game was amazing and one of the reasons to own a PSP.

Ultimate Illusion is Gilgamesh's desperation attack from the first battle with him in Final Fantasy XII.
I liked Gabranth's Black Hole move, it looked epic.

It's even better knowing "nexus ultimus" translates from Latin to english as "ultimate murder"
for the people wondering about Shantotto's burst (id do reply but for some reason the new comment system wont let me reply to most >.>") the way hers works is based on ffxi's skillchain/magic burst system.
basically she does skillchain: fusion(light/fire) and magic bursts it with a matching spell first (in this case the fire spell flare). then due to ancient magic spells in that game lowering the targets resistance of whichever element the spells element is weak to you just go through what ffxi players called the "elemental wheel" (so flare->flood->burst->quake->tornado->freeze)
I was never able to get hold of this anywhere so i decided to download it today from PSN and my goodness what an amazing game.

shschesschamp Exdeath's EX is extremely intimidating. It always sends a large chill down my spine. Just being sent to the Void, the realm where there is nothing, only the cold feeling of death.
Feral Chaos sends you to the void in the most painful way, however. Gabranth is second in the most painful way... Jecht coming in third.
I like Garland and Mattew(the emperor)'s ones more as they end with an insult. "Miserable idiot" and "lowly vermin"
***** It does end in insult and pure pain. But i think that Exdeath is preferred due to nothing is left of the enemy. You are literally thrown to the dark void of death with no way of getting out.
The Omega I know, I like pretty much all the "evil" 's ex bursts. With X-Death,Garland, Mattew (emperor) and probably Kuja's being my favourite. - I also like how X-Death and Garland keeps insulting the enemy while fighting. (They pretty much say only "imbecil" as insult,but it's still something.)
I know it's not her nature to fight but they should have made Cosmos a playable character like with Chaos

I don't know what is more awesome; the visuals of a lot of these attacks, or the fact that these characters are still intact after being hit by them.

Useless and underpowered? Gee you haven't played dissidia properly she is bloody broken, her air combos are almost stronger than kains and her ground combos stop most characters cold its just she has a problem getting close without a dash

Why do people not like vaan I played the beginning of the final fantasy he's in and it's not that bad why does it seem people hate him?
W o w- I didn’t know people didn’t liked Vaan. I mean i think he’s an okay character in ff12 and i liked his skills in Dissidia-
Its cause you could remove Vaan and Penelo and the game wouldn't change all that much, like how Balthier says I am the leading man. He means it, Vaan and Penelo are unwelcome tagalongs in terms of story. Thats why.
I can't list how many of these EX burst's I love because I love them all. All or most of them are just uniquely epic in their own right.
For the small number of you who are wondering what the heck Terra's "Riot Blade" is:
In FF6, there is a 1 in 4 (?) chance that whenever you use the Attack command with a party member at very low HP, they will instead perform an extremely powerful move called a Desperation Attack, sort of like the Limit Breaks of future games. Terra's is called Riot Blade.
Missed one: Sephiroth Failure. Other than that, by my count you've gotten them all! Bravo!

Well, Yuna can equip guns, her DLC outfit is her Gunner outfit, and she was planned to be a Dress-sphere based character before changing to Summoner, so I wouldn't say that it's impossible.

I like Desperado and Dragoon's Pride the best. The former because it makes Laguna look like an action movie star lol and the latter because Kain looks so hot in the holy dragoon form, plus he adopts his iconic pose :D
You have a point, Duodecim is clearly the one you want to buy for all the content, but the first one has stuff that Duodecim doesn't. That's why I decided to keep the first when Duodecim came out. :D

Remember, if you have trouble doing Ex-Bursts, you can learn abilities that input the commands perfectly, automatically. I'd suggest doing this with ones like Bartz, which has an unusually short amount of time for each step.

Gotta love how Exdeath and Feral Chaos massacre their opponent so hard *IT SHUTS OFF THE PSP SCREEN*
Storywise, it's a prequel. Gameplaywise, it's more of an expansion or sequel where they add new characters, new techniques and fix bugs. The cpu level also goes up to 255 now and it has around 10 different modes. The labyrinth is also much larger and less-linear with its modes and items. There's a much stronger versions of chaos called feral chaos and you can unlock him as a playable character. You also collect "reports" that unlock hidden short story modes that expand the characters.
My fav is from Gabranth, so good :3

Well, they found a way to work in Ultimecia's Griever form and Jecht's Braska's Final Aeon form, so they can definitely find a way to make Barthandelus's fal'Cie form mobile, too.
Or they can just use Raines, who'd have a ready-made Cie'th form.

The first two times, yes, but the third time, he pretty strongly implied that if they wouldn't fulfill their Focus THAT time, he WAS going to kill them and start anew with new l'Cie.

I think they could differentiate them. Like one could be faster and the other slower. And one can be better for long-range combat while the other is better for close-range combat.

I think he actually DID try to kill them in the final fight with him because they basically said they were there to kill him, not Orphan. And he basically said he'd have to start over with new l'Cie. So . . . yeah. Actually trying to kill them for once. Just didn't succeed.
