Farming of Yesteryear -- Old Time Ploughing with Horses and Tractors in Ireland

This video shows ploughing with both horses and vintage tractors, recreating how the ground was prepared for planting during the 1950s & 1960's in Ireland.
As well as showing a pair of Clydesdale horses ploughing a selection of vintage tractors such as the Ford Ferguson 9N, Fordson Major & Fordson Dexta are shown working the land.

Another great video! Thanx for publishing. Even my husband sat and enjoyed it with me! He grew up on a farm in Michigan, and worked with other local farmers, helping them plow their fields, too. "I used one of those plows", he said! "It was old then, and I had to stand to turn the wheel"! Great memories, guys!
