I suspect that the previous games were originally on the main Scratch website but were removed. The reason is because Scratch shadowbanned all FNAF style games. If I remember correctly it was because they felt they were worsening the reputation of the tool (although idk how FNAF fan games would in particular do so), and also they didn’t feel the subject matter was appropriate due to the tool being targeted towards very young kids.
Scratch in general has a really, really strict content policy tbh. Which is a shame because I absolutely love Scratch (Code-base programming is not for me but I love visual programming) but I wish there was a more adult-oriented version of Scratch's website. They don't want or allow anything horror related at all or anything adjacent to a horror game on the website, even if it seems a bit silly to do so.

Your pc did not lag on the ending cutsense. The game did. You see, 99% sure the graphics were made somewhere else. Because of this the creator had to port every single frame into scratch. If you upload an image or costume from your PC onto the project it was make it a bitmap image. Bitmap is a different art style which is all pixelly. When in full screen, big sprites that are playing animation get cause lag, and what happens to be playing animimation and taking up most of the screen? The ending cutscene.
The more FNAF content I see, the more convinced I am that the game's universe is happening within the universe of Rezident Evil and the facilities you play in are built by The Architect, who builds all those crazy mansions and laboratories
The mansions in resident evil were built by George Trevor, father of Lisa Trevor from the first game. He was also killed after construction of the Spencer Estate.

Funnily enough, I didn't particularly like Scratch and have never had an interest in game development, yet would find out in college that I liked written programming (not visual programming like Scratch) and that I liked web development.
As someone who used to actively use Scratch to program, everything in this is impressive on every level and I've never seen anything as well done even from the greatest programmers on the platform (And they've done some really awesome things). The animations are great and I don't know how they were able to do such smooth transitions when going from place to place.
Turbo warp can also convert scratch projects into HTML, so you can play them on your browser. (they probably didn't know, or something.) [which means they just sent the source code of the game to you] Also this is really impressive for a scratch project. They did a pretty good job on the art and code.
This looks like a really impressive start to coding and fangame making! Definitely not like the more professional made fangames by more experienced devs, but it has charm and they have a lot of potential for growth :]

3:27 that is very much an oversight on the dev's part, Turbowarp includes a packager that allows to export the game as an html and mess with some settings that could allow proper full-screen, custom cursers, etc. I will say though that for a scratch game, this is visually stunning. Scratch doesn't have support for 3d, so you often have to be sneaky about it and implement 3d movement yourself. So seeing such a well animated game in scratch is very impressive
No idea if this will be helpful at all but sb3 files can be converted to HTML's with online converters which will allow it to be openable without needing turbowarp. Also cool game

Those are tips screens, while loading things, even AAA games will use them. I guess you hate knowing things though. Tips Screens are very useful.
