    I’m glad you went back to your old flys form too. There’s no tension at the top of db flys because your arms are no longer fighting against gravity like they are on the way up. It’s not like a cable crossover where you have constant tension.
    I like how you didn’t waste time on the skullcrushers. You knew they were too light and moved up in weight. Glad you liked the incline, I like them as well. I like them with dbs and ezbar too

      Yeah, they just feel better. I could understand why it would make sense with cables. I’ll give most recommendations a shot though. As long as something sounds safe. Or unless it’s something I’m already tested out and know for a fact doesn’t work for me.
      I wanted to start light on them just to make sure. They felt excellent though! Much less movement in my head and neck area. Thanks again for the suggestion!
