I can only assume that since Blaze sent herself away into a whole different existence she wasn't brought back to the future, which means Silver's perfect future is Blaze-less. WoobGamer I prefer the theory that the Blaze in 06 was actually an imaginary friend/ psychic projection by Silver. Notice how nobody aside from Silver ever acknowledges her existence and she tends to disappear from several scenes. What happens at the end of Silver’s story is Silver realizing that he needs to let go of his friend as with Iblis sealed he’ll no longer need Blaze.
As for why she would look identical to the princess from the Sol Dimesnion I assume silver saw a picture of her in the wreckage and thought she was cute

That theory makes sense, thats what I always thought for a while, but even in generations you save blaze by completing crisis city, instead of a stage from Sonic rush.

I think what makes the story with blaze and silver so confusing is because they can't reference 06 because it was technically erased from the timeline, but they can't know each other if 06 never existed, at least I think that's how it works

Blaze was always from the future with Silver. When she fused her soul with Iblis and seemingly "died" in 06, she was just sent to the Sol dimension to be reincarnated there. Rush happens. She goes back to her dimension. 06 happens while she's gone. 06 is over/never happened by the time she comes back to Sonic's dimension.
