I finished the wallflower series first then ravenels and finally the Hathaways i loved all those. I love to read and complete entire series because I'm always curious about how the others characters find their love and i was searching for some series like these three. This video is helpful thanks a ton.
I can't vouch for if she holds up the same. But I did love her so much and she was the author that blooded me to Historical Romance, so I will always love her.
I've been looking for Jennifer Ashley books and found them. I ordered the 1-4.5 in her McBride Series. I never heard of this author or her series until you reviewed them. So, thank you. I look forward to reading them!
West and Tom Severin are my favorite heroes. Oh wait I also love Gabriel, Winterborne, Ransom and Devon. Ok...they are just a bunch of great guys. Make sure and read the books in order since they really build on each other.
Another family I like is Mary Balogh's Bedwyn series that ends on an absolute high with the eldest brother Wulfric's story Slightly Dangerous which is amazing. He's the most regal, intimidating duke in the land and his heroine Christine just refuses to be impressed. The first book Slightly Married is the second brother Aidan's book.
I've read the first 3 books in that series since I've made this video. :) I enjoy it quite a bit. Can't wait to continue. I do hear Wulfric is a favorite.
I think I need to restart The Ravenels. I didn't enjoy the books that much when I read them but it might have been just my mood at that time. Same for the Wilde series but I was wondering if I just don't enjoy the Georgian setting ... Also, I need to stop doing this thing where I just buy the first book of a series and now I can't decide what to read 🤦♀️ However, definitely will try Megan Frampton, Celeste Bradley and Catherine Coulter.
The hellion bride will be problematic I’m sure. I think even in 92 I’m like this isn’t great. I read Ian Mackenzie and have the rest but haven’t read them yet.
Yeah.. I remember some of the situations were shocking back then too... but... my heart still loves that family. I can however, acknowledge the problems.
@@TheBookRefuge me too. I actually ordered last week the hardback with the first 3 books in one. I liked Ryders character in the Sherbrooke bride so I hope I’m remembering wrong
@@fantasticallytaboobooks-carrie pretty sure he forced Sophie. Like 100%. And then she eventually likes it, so she just accepts their marriage.. I won't ever forget the scene.😬😬 She has one in Devil's Embrace where the heroine is a Captive on a ship too....
I love the way you pit out content, never change! 🥰
45min what an absolute treat! ❤️

I need to read Catherine Coulter!
I remember reading Catherine Coulter loooong time ago but I really want to re read her.

So many new books! The Celeste Bradley series sounds so intriguing. Definitely want to read When She Said I Do!
That book is so good. I love that crazy family.

Pandora Ravenel reminds me of my little pony Pinkie Pie.

@@fantasticallytaboobooks-carrie but we'll see what the context is as a grown up. I read that in 10th grade.
@@TheBookRefuge that was my memory too. So I guess I didn’t remember it wrong.
