Today I'm trying the viral Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask that has been all over TikTok! In this video, I tried the mask twice - I tried the hack that has been going around but I also used the mask how it's intended to be used (after shampoo). Thank you for this video recently I purchased L’Oréal Ever Pure the volume shampoo it also did exactly the same as you described with the mask it made my hair look shiny and voluminous at the root bit it felt dry and crunchy to the touch when I normally Never have that happen. I also used the L’Oréal glossing conditioner on the ends along with my fav deep conditioning mask. My hair felt dry and weird like residue left on the roots from the shampoo specifically as I don’t use conditioner up on my roots and all of my hair got way too oily within 24 h which normally I can go to the third day to wash my hair again. I purchased the L’Oréal brand based on the ravings of Abbey Yung RUclipsr and nope. I returned the shampoo and I kept the conditioner but I’m not sure I’ll use it it might just end up in the garbage. Like really annoyed. I just went back to my usual hair products and my hair feels amazing.
So I’m really glad you tried this and told us the truth on your experience!
Maybe L’Oréal Ever Pure unlike in my situations work for others but I’m not sure my experience wasn’t good. Also I don’t like baby powder scent so idk if I’d even try this mask.

@@NiyaNiya-iq7bp my personal experience with this mask is keep it on for five minutes. When I kept it in my hair for about ten minutes I felt it made my hair a bit dry on the ends . Also use oil on the ends ( I used argan oil) the first time so the results were much better . It is a good mask . I think the results are different for different hair . I have bleached hair.

This mask is very good but better than this is the tsubaki moisture shampoo and conditioner... The ones with red package... The conditioner is better than any hair mask that I've tried. My hair was never so shiny before.
Are you talking about the Shiseido conditioner? I've tried the Tsubaki gold line and I didn't like it at all.

Ya did it wrong 🤦♀️ ur supposed to wash your hair with shampoo, then put it on ur hair, leave it for 10-15 mins, and then wash it out and dry. You dont put oil on the mask either its not gonna make it any better especially with that brand. Istg

So you used it wrong. Wash hair as usual then towel dry. Add mask to damp hair and use shower cap to keep heat and moisture 30 then wash out. Use things right then comment on it. 😂

I tried this and it’s absolutely awful. My hair is always soft n shiny and after using this my hair felt like it had a combo of dirt n mud in it. I even started drying it with my Dyson and had to wash it 3xs. It’s in the trash

If you like it is not bad,you just have to use deep cleansing shampoo 1-2 times/month for the build-up.

Idk if it’s a waste since I never tried it and she only first applied on dry hair she normally puts it on wet hair.
I’m so tired of these influencers overhyping basic products. To my western girls, this product does NOTHING for damaged bleached hair. Of course using any hair mask, even a $3 on, on untreated or only dyed dark hair will make any hair shiny. Don’t fall for it.

I completely agree. I've been in damage control since May of last year from bleach, dye, and heat. I've had to cut off so much hair (I'm wearing clip in extensions in my pic) and do multiple treatment per week. NONE of these gimmicky masks have done anything for the damage.
@@lakerangel14 only protein masks will temporarily repair damage and restore elasticity long enough where it can be “outgrown” by eventually you’ll have to cut it. But it’s better than the damage snipping off at very short lengths. I use aphogee and it’s a godsent

Imo these viral "tricks" are getting ridiculous. Though I'm glad you tried it out to show everyone that this is not the proper way to use a hair mask.
It should go in order: shampoo first (rinse), then hair mask (rinse), and then finally conditioner (rinse).
I agree but I actually like using hair masks in place of conditioner. Other than that I agree with all of what you said🙏🏼
