There is no difference between the super welterweight and junior middleweight divisions in boxing. They are simply two names for the same weight class, with a limit of 154 pounds (69.9 kg). The division's name varies depending on the organization or regional preference.

Almost nobody realizes just how small this guy is. He is literally HALF AN INCH taller than loma. And as impressive as his career has been, it would have been much more impressive if he had focused on much smaller weight classes.
I'm sure he would have gone undisputed in at least two weight classes. And likely more. If he had focused his career between 130 and 147. Imagine this guy rehydrating 30 pounds overnight and hitting guys at those smaller weight classes. The knockouts would have been scary.

canelo said he had a hurt hand in the bivol fight and thats why he gassed. i called BS on that and said it was just an excuse. But after he got surgery he hasn't gassed out in a single fight, he doesn't even sit down on his stool anymore and keeps a good pace even going into the 12th. i want to see how a rematch would go if he doesnt gas out. at the same time, bivols style might have been the reason canelo gassed out. bivol is super durable and has a good defense. i think canelo beats Benavidez but id still pick Bivol to beat a healthy version of canelo, but it would probably be a true 7-5 win instead of the lopsided victory bivol got in the 1st fight.
