I recently had to reinstall DealerTool on a new computer. Had some issues with drivers and your video was quite helpful. The instructions from DT is horrible. I watched your video and you had the same issues I was having. By following your steps in locating the correct (old) driver my problem was resolved. Cheers!

Windows 7 is no longer a safe OS to operate, Dealer tools guys need to resolve this. That is very buggy and to be honest not worth the money it costs. (IMO)

Recently had to replace my laptop. Newer version of Windows 10. My Dealer tool would not work as before. Your video provided me with enough bread crumbs to follow. Success! Thank you!

All this shows to me is what a ball ache Dealertool is, and just not worth the money they want for it, perhaps they should get their act together before sending out this thing that's not fit for purpose.

GT I have a tool for the Bandit (Healtech) but not tried it yet!!! I have loaded the program but not tried it on the bike as yet. It should not be that hard these days to get connectivity.

I had this for my Tiger 800. After fiddling with it to get it going it worked great. I had an old Windows 7 laptop I used exclusively for this program and the electronic service manual.

I found that I had to disconnect from wifi when using dealer as it automatically updated putting me back to square one, hope this helps buddy. RS

thankyou, after watching this, i will not be buying dealer tool, i used to have a system downloaded from ttp which ran perfect everytime. one downloade and it did it all itself apart from you connecting it to the bike, dealer tool want to try updating their software. they looking over 60 quid
