Story from before I was born

My mother and dad had a wee split way before they married and I was born, as a sweetener my dad bought my mum the Elvis single Always On My Mind, 9” records, was in a black gloss sleeve, can’t find any online. Anyway when they divorced decades later when I was around 10 years old my mother smashed up most of the records. My mother died in 2019 my younger sister died in 2014.
