Choice of running shoes mainly depend on what you prefer. Conduct pro is more comfortable but Duramo speed is lighter and faster.

​​@@drcyumeand because of the wear on the plate, I can't even return or exchange it hahaha. I guess I have to land in fore foot which is a better technique

@@vishnuvijwani Some shoes are like that. Mine were ok actually. But I've got some shoes that had some weird problems too.

The front cushioning is not that good isn't it? But the impact resistance is decent tbh. My chins don't hurt like they did on my old shoe. ​@@drcyume

​@@drcyumeyea they are fine with landing on the mid sole. I had to take the size 10 because the 9 was too tight. however the length was perfect on size 9. I'm happy but I do feel that 9 with a little wider upset mid foot would have done a better job
