This price change, this work is shabby, ..."I can do the work", "no problem", etc,etc and all I can see is money going from our hands and money coming into there hands. It's a BIG issue.. Sadly the moment these "professionals " know you are living abroad they find ways to scheme you.. It's imperative to have someone you trust to help you with this project .... nice video

Although l watch A&G's channel religiously, Vanessa presented a holistic birds eye view of the build and flow of the inside of the house, which I had not been privy to heretofore. Additionally, she covered the intricacies of the electrical and water systems, and tied a perfect bow on the presentation, with a discussion on A&G's plans in utilizing aspects of their land. Very detailed stuff....along with extra expenses.....he especially is well-versed in building. I didn't go that detailed building my house but I certainly take some pointers from this, especially the solar bit. Excellent stuff, Vanessa.

Invest in an ultraviolet equipment after the last tank supplying the house to neutralise any organisms that
    May develop in the tanks
the size of it will depend on the maximum flow rate of the water

Great content and he was right in saying only 2 out of 15 electricians know what he wanted. Majority of our folks learns from apprenticeship and i believe that's not enough wiring a big edifice. the guy is an electrical engineer so they can't fool him

I love this family! Their property is not too far from mine. 2 years in my building journey, it's NOT easy but very rewarding. It's a dream come true to be in Ghana and nearing the finish line on my house. We have a whole plot for growing food, we're already eating from the garden. Rooting for them, very informative 👏🏾. Thank you Vanessa ❤.

I live in the US and with a simple Google search anyone can see the exact location of my house. I don't see what's dangerous about someone knowing the area you are living unless....

Greetings Vanessa Kanbi, Ghana is indeed on the rise and this couple has made an excellent move in increasing their quality of life than they ever could in the UK. After they get settled completely hopefully they will create programs to employ the less fortunate as well as create programs to train young Ghanaian in their skills as there is enough for all in Ghana. Thanks for sharing Queen.
