Hey everyone, I got an awesome opportunity to try this dollhouse kit from Robotime, which they graciously sent for me to try out. It was my first ever dollhouse kit and it was a blast to make and so easy! Compared to papercraft I didn't have to cut or fold anything so that was a big change.

I’m torn between loving having all those pieces ready to go versus…the complexity of the diorama and its instruction manual. Growing up some 50 years ago, I am reminded of the rule book I had for some of my war games. Thanks for showing and making new things.

the complexity of this Diorama is really simple. Before I did the Rolife Miller´s Garden set and this one was a hell lot of work. This set is an absolute beginner set I would say and I actually prefer this one

@@TinyCraftWorld this is a silly question but when the furniture is done being put together and glued do you glue the furniture to the floor of the diorama?

I find the pieces in this kit flimsy plastic, not the nice wood in others. Great job!
i love the perforated paper bits so much! im always unhappy with how I cut things with scissors bc no matter how hard i try its never a straight cut 😭.

What glue do you use. Is PVC wood glue a good option?
White wood glue is my go to glue! I use it for everything and also for this project =)
What type of glue is used for everything? The same glue or different types? I had thought rubber cement glue but it looks like basic craft glue?
Some of the kits come with a bottle of ok glue, but the one I'd recommend is Aleene's Tacky Glue. There are different versions... (clear, fast drying etc) and the original is a good bet if you want an all around good glue for miniatures.
If you end up doing a few of them you might also get super glue (like Krazy Glue) as well for the trickier bits. It tends to dry very fast and is a stronger hold.

I need help with candles. Peeling it seems so easy in the video but mine is really difficult. Anyone got some advice?
It can be a bit finicky, I think I used a craft knife to make it easier

Mine didn't so I just used a white glue I had on hand =)

I like diorama, but i very poor to buy expensive kit, and i usually make with paper kit, i am a male but i have a thin hand like girl, i can make some diorama with 1/2 size ukmm, just 10cm^3, i hope u make more about papercraft with the cute diorama

I noticed some people did get glue with their kit, I think it depends on the country it is shipped to
You need a heat gun for the electric on this kit ? 😢
I think you could use a hair dryer on high maybe...or just insulation tape
