Immediate tears from the soundtrack. Arwen's song is just a pure masterpiece of a musical composition. We nowadays are so used to these same songs for soundtrack to all crafters' videos from the open YT library that when you hear something licensed you don't even believe it at first. This video is totally worth it, your craft is as always neat and amazing. Thank you, Shirley, for bringing us to this wonderful world of Tolkien with your art.
Oh what wonderful comments, l agree I love this soundtrack and it's wonderful and still amazed that I can now license such music for my little projects 😊👍 Thank you so much for leaving me such a lovely message, I really do appreciate all my comments 🙏
RUclips just recommended this video to me and I’m very glad that it did. That was very well done. From the clever use of recycled materials to the beautiful and relaxing music, it was a pleasure to watch. Thank you for sharing this with us.
This is awesome! I love all the details you put in it, any Hobbit would be honored to have such a cozy nook for themselves, I'm sure^^ I love that more and more crafters are showing you don't have to only use expensive crafting supplies to make art, it makes my little trash sculpting heart warm lol.
I love using natural items and “junk” as my materials. I’ve spent very little money on mine. My neighbor picks me up items when she goes thrift shopping. And all my natural comes from our Woods on our property…of course I use items I recycle. @zestvisions work is absolutely amazing!!!! Very talented. Do you post yours? I love seeing people’s work. Kits are beautiful but I love handmade projects.
Thank you so much, yes especially at this time of the year, stay inside near the fire under a cosy blanket in a comfy chair, thanks for the lovely comments 😊
Refreshing to see another true from scratch [with the odd added exception] recycling artist instead of assembly line workers! May yer trash always be treasure!
Thank you, this one was straight from pencil to paper and a challenge, although I have to admit most of my builds I do design in Adobe Illustrator first ☺️
I REALLY love and appreciate the fact that you only used a machine for the window and made everything else by hand. Anyone can operate a machine but it takes a real artist to make such beautiful things like you did in this video. Bravo, it looks absolutely amazing and I can't wait to watch more of ur videos. Cheers from Ottawa, Canada 🇨🇦
I love the idea and the finished project. When using recycled candy wrappers (or any material that once had food in it) be sure to clean it throughly before using.
One word: WOW!! Absolutely amazing! You could be working for movie studios making their backdrops! Creativity at the highest level! Well done! Music was also beautiful! 😻
In the mid or late 1970's my mother built a cardboard parking garage and fuel station for my Matchbox cars because we couldn't afford the similar toy set advertised on television. Folks like her and you inspire me. Thank you for sharing!
I remember those times very well 😊 and even though we have so much now, I remember all the fun we had back then. Thanks so much for making me smile today, have a great day too 🙏
What an awesome Book Nook you made out of old Christmas paper and cards, and I love how you used the lid off a Pringle's can to make the round window. But my favourite part of your Book Nook is the scene you created beyond the window so it looks as if there's another world back there. I'm stunned by your creativity and talent. Love from Amanda Jones in Melbourne, Australia
Hi Amanda, thank you so much for your lovely comments and watching 😊 the scene in the back looks so much better in real life, it's hard to show it well on video, I was so happy how this turned out and will definitely try this effect on other projects in the future 👍 I bet it's nice weather in Melbourne at the moment... Just what I would be dreading of sitting in the chair 🤣 many thanks Shirley in grey Worcestershire
This is a lovely result, I want to sit down there and dream of Middleearths heros who fight on the fields of honour, while I'm sipping my afternoon tea and eating some gingerbread 😅 But honestly what an affront to put George Martin right beside J.R.R. Tolkien! 🤭

Wow, absolutely amazing! Your attention to details is awesome! @@zestvisions you’re so welcome. Yes, looks much easier this way. I’ve made 6 or 7 or so but I want a lot. This will be so much better. Doll house scale just doesn’t work for me either. I plan to put a tree section or bush with hopefully a couple of branches to make a tree house in like Tinks.

Hey! I was going to say that!!
I've never seen glass used to make mini fires before, very cool technique. And I really enjoy the garden illusion out the window.
