You may be late to the Book Nook party but you really made a stunning one, and the additional LED in the wall really did make a big difference, fantastic job.
Looks fantastic 👍 Nice work. When I read the book some of the parts of Moria always came across as scarily claustrophobic. Think you’ve captured that brilliantly.
Whoa, that steel wool and vinegar method is seriously og! Great build, and love the little gollum. "He must have picked up our trail in Moria" is, if I recall correctly, the relevant quote.
Amazing video and great work with your mini painting. You stepped outside the world of contrast paints and knocked it out of the park. Great journey captured in an entertaining way for us to ride along 🤙
Well done! I loved all the clips you threw in. Glad the algorithm suggested you. You definitely earned the like and subscribe. Can't wait to check out your previous videos.
I've used the tea before, but that tannin effect on the wood from the steel wool vinegar and mix is something else. Perfect shade of a "patina" for this piece.
Nicely done dude! I've been toying with the idea of doing a Warhammer book nook for months, just can't decide on the scene or whether to do 40K or AoS, just too much choice, lol
@Bunyip_Studios, a dart board or a spinning wheel with the various options? Quinn of @BlondieHacks just built such a spinning wheel. Mind you, it may be more than you need.
Think I’d have to upgrade my books so as not to let this diorama down. Would be a shame to sit in between Jamie’s 20minute meals and Alan Titchmarsh’s autobiography. Magic work again 🎉

Thank you!
A BRILLIANT book nook version and a genius use of a regular box.
@Crazy.Crafting.Couple, yes! Such boxes are relatively easy to find at dollar stores.
Brilliant idea.

Thank you! I'm glad you think so :) I thought it would make the perfect setting for a Book Nook 👍

Thanks! It can be a little costly to set up with tools, ect, but it's not too bad once you get going:)
That's extremely impressive, well done.
The depth effect brings to mind the diorama titled 'Final Stand in the Mines of Moria' from Boylei Hobby Time.
Thank you! I love that build. Safe to say, I was heavily inspired by it 😁
@@CTDioramasBrilliant idea to repurpose a wooden craft box from a dollar store!
Great job man! The light from Gandalf's staff really makes the whole peice for me. Stunning!
Thanks, dude! I'm glad you like it 😁

Thanks so much, dude! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm pretty excited to get on with painting more minis, but what should i paint next? 🤔
Amazing work! Now I know for sure that the flame of Udun will not destroy your bookshelf)))
That’s amazing. I’m sorry you struggled with the tea. I know it’s a properly British thing that tea must be drank.
Love the book nook!!!
The patina on the case just finishes the project beautifully 😊😊😊

Is there any chance that that Diorama is for sale? As was an extremely hard-core lord of the rings fan I can’t tell you how desperate I am for that
