Applying Honeywell PTM7950 on the CPU and GPU, making them undervolting by -100mV (even more as they will be stable) and reducing the frequency of the CPU in turbo bost or its complete deactivation, so that the clocks of the cores are more stable and there is less throttling will give more fps, it will be quieter, cooler and take less watts from the power socket.
Why running a cpu in base clock if its running cool after repasting? Yeah undervolting is a good idea but its the last thing you can do...the biggest problem of a gaming laptop is overheating..if you can manage to keep it cool then you are good to go i guess.
