There is very less chance you get dead pixel issue and about backlight bleeding its ips panel and its common for them..make sure your doesn't have too much..btw you can go for acer xv series, if it was VG series i wouldn't have recommended.. consider buying from my link as it will support my channel amzn.to/4hbSbmx
