HyperCursor is my main focus and has been for the past 3+ years. But mostly in silence for various reasons. But of course I keep my existing products current. Blender 4 introduced various changes that required more work to get DM going properly, and so I took some extra time to add new things as well, two of them in response to user inquiries and suggestions, like trim sheet snapping and material overrides.
It's not out just yet, but should go out this week finally. 4.0 brings some significant changes requiring a legacy asset update, but I have taken care of most of it now (I hope).
Thanks for your support mate, much appreciated. I need to get out HyperCursor, then I will switch to making a lot more art/design again, and will record plenty of it. I've only been working towards this moment for 7 years now 😅🦾
That's bloody awesome! Love it. I haven't used DecalMachine in a while, so tell me: is it currently possible to edit trims and decals on the second UV channel?
@@MACHIN3 well, basicallyI have a model which is covered in tiling texture and it is mapped on the first UVSet. I have a second one which is controlling how the trims would be mapped. The difficulty is that it has to be a single shader for use in Unreal, so currently I can use DM for mapping the trims, but then I have to manually change the order of UV sets. I wondered if there's more elegant solution.
There has been an option in the addon prefs for a loooong time, where you can set which UV chanel to use for trim detail, and which for box/tiling textures. Is that what you mean?
Glad to see that development keep going

I'm not sure what you mean by that.
