We have the same problems with mainstream media so I choosed to get informed in other countries and learned that our biggest problem is a problem in Canada, UK and many more countries. Sorry, I do not think that AfD is a "genuinely Far Right" party, and I see and hear very little from AfD politicians that would distinguish them from, say, Reform in the UK. I have heard Alice Weidel, the leader, speak on a number of occasions, and she seems to speak a lot of basic common sense. What is currently happening in Germany (and I was there a few days ago, and heard it 1st hand,) seems to be the embodiment of a joke I first heard in France more than 10 years ago. It was perhaps in bad taste, but it was Macron saying " In order to stop people voting for the Le Pen, we need to start gassing the jews!"
