Thanks for sharing 🙏. A country is much like a house-if you neglect to clean it, maintain it, and upgrade it, it will eventually become dirty, dilapidated, and uninhabitable. This is exactly what we are witnessing in many Western countries today. For centuries, war was a driving force behind wealth accumulation, but that formula no longer works in a world where sustainable growth and innovation are key. The UK, the US, and other nations must stop pouring endless resources into conflicts abroad and instead focus on rebuilding their own foundations-investing in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social well-being. A strong, prosperous nation is one that takes care of its own people and evolves with the changing times, not one that relies on the destructive and outdated strategies of the past. It's time for these countries to wake up and prioritize their future over the profits of war.
@@rgandblue I would continue to explore more of the same topics about how Governments need to work together and the Western people need to open their eyes and minds to understand that there are other ways to live...
Actually Chinese people some years ago think western world is light on the hill and a perfect new world. Morden life, high tech, elegant people, good education, voted government. Until western keeps bombing middle east, and crazy about reversing other country government. They bomb, then left chaos, got nothing except war industry sold bullets. Stop fighting, do some thing really good for our world. Environmentalism is good, western set aganda, but do nothing, only talk. Chinese develops EV, western refuse.

I’m planning my own trip soon as well! Haven’t been back in 40 years! And yes even in NYC, most of the people I’m friends with, coworkers, neighbors, etc, have NO CLUE about China. All they know is the bad stuff our govt propaganda tells them, aka freedom of the press which is really just a few rich old men telling them what to think. It’s very sad. The reaction they give when I tell them that China hasn’t been communist since 1978; that you do have the freedom of religion in China; that there are freedoms there that we don’t even think of like walking down the street and feeling safe at all times. I haven’t been. But my relatives go there all the time. From both the US and Taiwan. They all love it and tell me how things change so quickly each year they go back. Enjoy your trip!
I'm American and I get the feeling that people are on edge as you said. They feel as do I, like something is about to go down, in a bad way, even if nothing is going to happen. Like, were all waiting for something bad to happen, whether it's a huge war, financial crisis, or something like that. Were always living in fear, that's what I am trying to say.
See where you are coming from mate. It is a surreal feeling in China. Despite so many people, so much going on, the hustle and bustle and yet it still has a peaceful feeling to it all.

in US, it's called freedom crimes, if you add "freedom" to all crimes, Americans will accept it, hence they keep adding "freedom" to all their wars, worked every single time!
At the beginning of this video, the sun shining on your face, watching it reminded me of during the autumn/winter time in Beijing, it had always been hazed and dusty weather for most days in the last few decades, one of the reasons that I chose to live in Shenzhen instead of Beijing back then. But look at what it is now, not just the environment, all kinds of improvements are very noticeable.
Your assessment of the current state of the British economy and the prevailing attitudes towards China among the British populace is highly accurate. Everything you said is true. I think a big part of the reason is that people in the western influenced sphere are divided into more and more groups and are trained to distrust and hate on each other. They're trained to hate each other even over the most trivial things. In China there're many groups too and a diverse range of different thoughts, but the difference is that those groups live together in harmony and unity and aren't trained by the Chinese media to hate and fight each other. The western establishment on the other hand divides people into artificial groups for the purpose of control and using them in their political games. It creates a hostile environment for everyone. Props to the Chinese government to do the opposite: creating a harmonious and safe environment. That's not an easy task considering the size of the population and variety of the people.
I think you explain a key select of what I see and experience in the west… that is that people are so divided and in fractured groups and I get the feeling that it might be by design. I have no idea on how you change that in this current climate. I see in China a more harmonious society, but yep, people still have a difference in opinion but it doesn’t compromise the overall pride in the progressive way forward. 👍

I am a new subscriber, but yup keep on talking about China, the safest place I've lived so far. I'm always in The UK during summer for my daughter's summer programme, just this past summer I've witnessed phone grabbing by a guy on fast electric bike, totally horrible!
Generally, a good overview. However, leaving out reference to genocide in Gaza I found disappointing. For those interested in knowing about genocide - I'd recommend e.g. Gray Zone; Electronic Intifada; Judge Napolitano; Moats TV, etc - which covers the issues Biased Mainstream Media fails to cover.
Yep, I am with you on that. But, listen again to what I said and also understand that if I was to speak openly then the video would not be supported… we have to be creative in our discussions these days. My goal is to prompt people into looking deeper at the things that trickle down to affect their lives and well being. You can’t prompt people to the discussion if you have no voice!
True. But channels that talk about that get suppressed. A chinese utuber had over 10k views on average, then he mentioned g$$$ a couple of times, his laters views just a few hundred
Don't you dare stop spreading the word ' it doesn't have to be like the West'. I know exactly how you feel, we part live in China and I hate going back to the toxicity of British life. The lies we're told about China makes me dislike England more. To be in China and to feel safe, to feel like I belong is lacking in the UK. They were reporting on lbc radio that Lammy is going to China to talk about human rights abuses in Xinjiang and China helping Russia. Total bs Lammys gone with a begging bowl. On Xinjiang all Western governments have been invited to Xinjiang, funnily enough they won't go. I can't wait to get back to China, away from a lying government who feeds a genocide nation.
You are right, Lammy was going with one image to portray while holding out the begging bowl. The U.K. is in such a mess, it’s sad. And the worst is, people have just given up and have been beaten down so much!!
You are lucky. I am stuck in the UK until next March. Every Institution in the UK has broken down. They just will not admit it as they are paid by the UK tax-payer. 973 illegal asylum immigrants crossed the English Channel two weeks ago in one day, all paid for by the UK tax-payer. Mmmmm.
The U.K. has lost its way in such a huge way and I feel that the politicians are just lining their pockets and that if their friends as the last days before the people get wise and get angry!
@For All Life's Adventures - Blimey, you're outdoing George Galloway with this analysis! Your insights on the divergence between Eastern optimism (China and the BRICS, Global South) -vs- Western apprehension fueled largely by Fear highlight a growing disparity in worldview and governance, this disparity may push us closer to worldwide conflict; awareness is crucial to prevent it!!
😂 thank you for the compliment… as for the conflict, I am fearful of next year… 😔 we need more cooperation and awareness with education will have people asking more questions… hopefully to put pressure on a deescalation.!!
Man if you think BJ is heaven , you should try living in Guangzhou. 1. The winters are milder but summer is too humid and hot 2. It’s close to SZ and HK , Changsha etc. good for 2-4 day trip. 5. Plenty fruits n vegetables
As far as the election in the US regime is concerned, the Americans have 2 options. They can either pick the left or the right cheek of the same back side. That is the actual situation of the American "democracy".
What's your observation on awareness of British people about how badly social and mainstream media have misinformed them on China and Russia? Also, polls in the UK show Starmer with the lowest ratings since polling started in the 1970s. How do Scotts see Starmer and is the Scottish National Party still an effective promoter of Scotland's interests when they conflict with those of the UK?
I think the people don’t know, what they don’t know, so they are tired, exhausted and are just going along with the narrative. I think there are people that are pushing back and raising their voices but they are attacked by bot-farms etc and so people see how futile things are! I do think gradually people are beginning to ask more and disbelieve more but they don’t know how to go about exploring any alternative. Any alternative is always painted as a conspiracy theorist, crackpot or paid for by other governments. It is a sad way to think… As for Starmer, he has been uncovered as more of the same - as reflected in his current popularity rating. I see no way back for him and his party, I think the next leadership will come from the far right if we are not careful! As for the impact in Scotland, I feel the Labour parties inability to meet the demands of the general population because of the systems that are so deeply entrenched in the U.K. establishment that it will push the cause of the independence movement in Scotland forward. Scottish independence will be. Struggle as the full light of the British government will fight against it because Scotland is so valuable in rich resources… why else would they fight to keep it with such conviction? I hope to see Scotland become informed and independent in my lifetime and I think I will! 👍
I am surprised that you are so into geopolitics, Iain. I do find my political views quite aligned with yours. I guess we are both on the "right side" of humanity. In regard to the video you briefly mentioned with a very negative portrayal of China's trains, that is the one posted by a disgruntled character by the avatar "Serpentza". He showed a glass of water on a table on a "High Speed Train", the glass fell off the table because the train shook so violently ! I did some background checks, he has a colorful history while he was living in China. For some reasons, he fell out with China, and he left, back to his native country South Africa. Some said he was kicked out, some said he left on his own accord. Regardless, he is now bitter and angry because he was living a good life teaching English in China. Peace Out 😀
I was told by my friend that his neighbor's daughter was taught by that South African white man teaching in China before. My friend told me he was deported by the Chinese authority because he has had many complaints by his female young students parents of molesting many of his young students. Then after he was deported by the authority, he was banned from entering China again. And become a China and Chinese hater creating many fake and negative about China to revenge.
Yeah, I feel like we have to be aware of geopolitics and it was something I studied in a previous life. It also helps to be aware of so you don’t end up in the wrong side of humanity. Yeah, the China haters are well known and they do have a shady past
@@ForAllLifesAdventures Yes, it is painful and frustrating as I learned more about geopolitics. Things are not what they seemed superficially. Hypocrisy masked the evils, and propagandists muddy the water. We all choose our stance in our own tiny patch of the world, whether our views matter or not in the bigger pictures, is debatable.
Hope all is well with you. Its the Election here with early Voting here in the States and we really have poor options on who to vote for. Its almost like no options at all. Mainly because they both have the same forward agenda on Foreign policy. Money to Israel.... Ukraine..... Ukraine..... Israel. and now Taiwan.. Both political parties in control of our government support the same genocide; the majority of our institutions has been hijacked by the likes of a foreign government and there is absolutely not a thing that we can do about it.

I am a new subscriber, but yup keep on talking about China, the safest place I've lived so far. I'm always in The UK during summer for my daughter's summer programme, just this past summer I've witnessed phone grabbing by a guy on fast electric bike, totally horrible!
Thank you for subscribing… yeah, the U.K. is on a downward spiral and it needs major attention to correct it. But I don’t see where it can come from!
12:36 我注意到有人从你旁边经过,你甚至连回头看一下都不用,你已经充分适应和享受这种平和的社会安全感😊
Yeah, I can trust that people won’t steal my belongings or snatch the camera..!! 👍
晚上好~
👍
I am going to write in Putin on my ballot. LOL
😜
Food is much better , plenty of seafood , plenty variety , GD food is more intricate and delicious 3. Cost of living is cheaper - clothes , electronics, furniture etc are all made in GD. 4. It’s close to SZ and HK , Changsha etc. good for 2-4 day trip. 5. Plenty fruits n vegetables
Making me jealous- I can imagine. I have been there for a couple of days before. 👍
Love Guangzhou … the food yums 👍
As far as the election in the US regime is concerned, the Americans have 2 options. They can either pick the left or the right cheek of the same back side. That is the actual situation of the American "democracy".
It looks that way… what a choice! 😬
Organized chaos, is the traffic situation where you are? 😂
It is in a way… 😂
What's your observation on awareness of British people about how badly social and mainstream media have misinformed them on China and Russia?
It is a sad way to think…
As for Starmer, he has been uncovered as more of the same - as reflected in his current popularity rating.
Thanks for the question Tony, I like questions that ask me to pause and think 🙏 I feel you and I would have a great conversation over a beer/tea 👍

“cold creepy wee politicians" lol true
Yep, always the same look and feel about the ones that want to push us into a war! 👍🏼
Peace Out 😀
Serpentza and Laowhy86 are both CIA ASSETS!!!!!
@@WalkOverHotCoal yep. But I would rather do my small part than sit by and watch from the side.

What park is that?
Tuanjiehu Park - a great park to walk around

Tell Lammy to zip up and go home.
It might be that type of conversation as he does seem like a foreign secretary with some odd views in his past!!
I'm in China right now, I feel rushed, maybe because I'm not having me time yet😂😂
Yep, you need to slow down and get that China vibe - that peace ✌️
I miss the "poof" noise part....
Hahahahahah 👍🏼
Hope all is well with you. Its the Election here with early Voting here in the States and we really have poor options on who to vote for. Its almost like no options at all. Mainly because they both have the same forward agenda on Foreign policy. Money to Israel.... Ukraine..... Ukraine..... Israel. and now Taiwan.. Both political parties in control of our government support the same genocide; the majority of our institutions has been hijacked by the likes of a foreign government and there is absolutely not a thing that we can do about it.
It is shocking really, it is no choice at all. I fear that any sense of democracy has long been captured by monied interests and other spirited groups.

You should move back to the British, not China.

Thanks for your resounding feedback. It's always welcome, especially from an 'enlightened person' like yourself. I feel the clue is in your bio picture: a damaged American flag. If you had any awareness, you would know that it is not the right thing to do with your country's flag. Read your history, mate.
You got a good mirror
Reflect on yourself before you speak. You’re just embarrassing yourself and you’re taking down your country with you
@@ForAllLifesAdventures I usually spend 4 months a year in China then return for the rest of the year. I just returned to the US last month and I couldn't do it. I bought another ticket for Decembert back to China. Eff this place. I want to live in Guangxi full time.
You seem sad
So good you have returned and to continue in your sincere and genuine efforts in countering poisonous Western media, based on your real personal experiences in China. Thank you very much, Sir.
Thank you for watching and to take the time to give the support through your kind words. ✌️
Politicians, military officials and media are mad. I want to move but I cannot. 🥲
They are gonna get us all ‘killed’ so yep, they are mad.
