If I could offer any constructive feedback it would be to show all the parts of the house that are mentioned, like in this one it would have been cool to see the staff quarters/attached kitchenette as well as the bathroom of the basement bedroom with some detail.
I hope something like this comes along when I am ready to buy something like this! Very nice home! Perfect if I have a lot of grand kids some day! That close to the beach also...amazing!

With the given price increase for the facility, I would expect the rooftop solarium to have at least an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a stylish jacuzzi instead of an open empty space.

When someone says something to the point, immediately she interrupts them, saying exactly, as if we need her approval like she is the boss, and then says something else as if to show that she has something unique/important and so on to say. I like the tours by Arthur, Olga and Alessandro.
Great home, huge in size at over 13,000 sqft. I didn't notice an elevator though. I assume that can be installed, as it's commonplace in houses of this magnitude.
i have seen this villa allready more then 2 years ago on sale did not get a very good impression looking at the pics however with this tour i must say its a great looking villa you girls still need to work a bit on you're presentation....a bit more mojo,more energy & more fun like to see you evolving......

Excellent presentation - lovely house, its difficult to decide if I would want a place slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists and the more populated areas e.g. nightlife and busy beaches but maybe this would strike a balance... Its a moot point as I haven't got the cash anyway but still a man can plan and dream lol 8.5/10 on the house
