It misses security and a staff room, at this price point.The location of the property is not that good, the property is very specific, it is for young professionals in an area where young professionals cannot afford to pay this price. Older customers with this money would like to be served by staff and have security.The bedrooms are narrow and small. In regards to the investment potential it is not a good prospect, it will not appreciate at more than 4-5% per year for the next 10 years. I think based on this facts is overpriced. At a 30% discount I think would sale in 2 months. At current price it will be vacant for the next 2 years unless some luck is involved.

I think this is my favourite property that you've shown to date. I do think the kitchen was a bit small and also the closet for the main bedroom seemed a bit small too at first glance. You do an amazing job at show casing these homes. So professional and knowledgeable about each and every home. I look forward to the next showing. :)
This house is actually a semi detached! It appears as if it’s been converted from a communal building adjacent to the pool area,l. It is then unfortunate enough to have a block of apartments sites directly behind only a few meters away. The finishes throughout the development are not at all premium. Same can be said for the plot as it’s just as close to the motorway as it is to the beach in a not very desirable part of town. All is not what you think you see when it comes to real estate presentation and sales materials, particularly on this coast.

I am BUILDER ...and I can tell you there is NO WAY this has been built using quality items . This has been slapped together and within 5 years it will look tatty if not refurbished . Mark my words .
Great kitchen planning, oven on top of a wine cooler? I lived in a beautiful apartment on the beach, it's great, but after a while I got fed up with the wind blowing the sand all over the terrace and furniture. Eventually I moved back a couple of rows.

Privacy could be improved by planting small trees for example but definitely this property has great rental prospects :)
