In this Restoration with Vick Almighty, he teams up with master of sole swaps John Manalo to bring these crumbled AJ3 White Cements from 2003 back to life. With the help of Reshoevn8r, Vick and John take you through all their steps to transform the Jordan 3s back to their original condition. These remind me of the 2013 Jordan 3 Retro 88’s. Both are White Cements, have a painted Nike Air backtab, and an outsole that says Jordan and not Nike.

I know this is old but just looking and trying to understand. You use a new show to fix an old one?
Yes, so for older shoes that are rare or have high value, you would use a donor pair that is newer and not really high value. The reason you use a new pair is so that you give the shoes you are restoring another 10 years or so of life.
