@@teamfivetravels ah thanks so much, really appreciate you watching and leaving a comment. Yes Sindhu was our favourite place we ate, we would have gone back again but ran out of nights. There was so much tasty food and the service was excellent. It was decorated so nicely as well, very posh 😍
One day we'll try a cruise! Cruise ships always look amazing when all decorated for Christmas! I think I'd be hunting down a quiet spot with a view, a comfy sofa and peace to read a book as the world floats by! Thanks for sharing N&Nx
@@grapesodatravels thanks so much for watching and leaving a comment, we really do appreciate it. The ships do look extra lovely at Christmas. The good thing about a cruise is there are plenty of quiet spots around the ship to enjoy the views and read a book. Some beautiful libraries with floor to ceiling views of the ocean 😍 Julie xx
@@deniselitchmore542 Thanks for watching and leaving a comment 👏 You will have a great time, the ship is beautiful and lots to do. Pre book as much as you can before you go, dining & entertainment wise as things often get fully booked. Are you on a Med or Caribbean cruise?
Great vlog, really informative. Love all the details. We’ve not been on Arvia but… We’re on Iona for the first time in April and this video has made us SO excited! We particularly like the tiered back of the ship. Thanks so much for this.
@@TravellingWithTeens Oh fantastic, we really want to do that one but keep putting it off as we are always sun starved and looking for heat. You beat me to it, I was just going to say, you do like to be on the first sailing of the season.
@@CruisingOutnumbered thank you, we really appreciate you watching and leaving a very nice comment 😍 We just headed over to your channel and subscribed and look forward to watching more videos. The behind the scenes was very entertaining 👏

Good quick-paced review (both of you) and voice-overs, Julie. I liked the Grand Atrium, it looks like a great space :) Brodies looks good, too. I can see myself in there losing trivia easily, lol Mmmm, Sindhu (and Glass House you show - have only been on one P&O cruise, but loved these venues on Aurora). Crow’s Nest look very light/airy. I don’t care for what Princess do with their ships - no obs lounges, but P&O/other still have them, thankfully.
@@InnocentsAbroad Thank you so much, every video we make, we get a little better but still got a long way to go, we definitely look at your channel for inspiration as you guys do things exceptionally well and we can only aspire to be as good one day. Those voice overs are harder than they look and I’ve got so much respect for all creators who talk and appear in their videos. Yes the Grand Atrium is beautiful to look at and you definitely gravitate towards it each night. Brodies was a great place and the quiz was great and John watched the football in there whilst I did some videos- I won’t mention the bit where I took his cruise card by accident and he couldn’t buy a drink all match 😂 We loved Sindhu & Glass House, usually cruising we rarely pay for speciality dining but P&Os prices are very reasonable we booked 3 this cruise but not so keen on the Beach House having previously loved it on Ventura many years ago. Thanks so much for watching and the lovely comments 😍
@@elizabethbarrass2677 Fantastic, you will have an amazing time. So much to eat, drink and see 😃 you won’t want to leave 😍 Any questions now or nearer the time, please just ask, happy to tell you what we know. Got a drinks package explainer video coming out next where we show you what we drank versus the package and a review if it’s worth getting or not.
No charge for sitting in the Sunset Bar or using the whirlpool (pay for drinks) and it's open 10am-11pm, and the whirlpools are open 8am - 8pm SKYDome & Bar are also free to use but there is a charge for using "The Retreat" sun deck - we didn't pay extra to use this and charges vary by sailing I believe and spaces are limited.
Nice video! We loved Sindhu too. Even went twice. The atrium is so beautiful on Arvia

Yes, we’re on the first fijords cruise of the season! Just like we did the first Alaska cruise this year. We’re sensing a pattern here…

Is there a charge for sitting in the sun bar views? I've seen other YT saying you have to pay.
