It’s beautiful but it’s not guineen dance. I would like to say that it’s a performance with a inspiration on Lamba and Kuku. This is not the real guineen style to dance either Lamba or Kuku. Please show some respect to the real tradition not calling this Kuku or Lamba.
ME ENCANTO ESTE BAILE CON LA VIBRACION DE LOS TAMBORES ES ENERGIA VIVA, ME REDUJO EL ESTADO DE ANSIEDAD FABULOSAMENTE, ESTOY VIVIENDO UNA SITUACION DE ANSIEDAD POR LA ENFERMEDAD DE C@nc3r de mi hermana . ME QUITO EN AUTOMATICO LA SENSACION DE LA GARGANTA SECA CON LA DANZA COMENCE A LIBERAR. GRACIAS, TLAZOCAMATI A SUS CORAZONES POR LA MEDICINA A TRAVES DE LA DANZA DE TAMBORES.
Thank you for this interesting video of African dance. It is vibrant, rhythmic and dynamic. Just to share my limited understanding of dance. Dance can be interpreted as any body movement expressed creatively through space with or without music.T he title of the video is African dance. It does not say any specific form. There are numerous African societies, hence numerous styles and forms of African dances from fertility festivals, death ceremonies, ancestor worship and healing rituals . Thank you all for sharing your thoughts and views.
Im harassed with the very first step…not sorry. I been in the game allll of my life. This is Lamban… claro. Uhm … the instructor stepped out fabulously and 123…and 123…her students stepped out…123…123….and continued all the way across the floor like THAT. I would have stopped all cameras… stopped the performance…and asked my students not to embarrass me in front of a live audience… i would have asked them WHYYYYYY😢 they dont know the difference between and 1…and One. Especially for Lamban????! Happy Black History month… the new woke need to WAKE A LITTLE MORE… for African Culture 🎉
I love her energy and was also QUITE surprised - that "one" really DOES change everything. I would've stopped them too. I've been in classes where some dancers were off but I *had* to do it across the floor in rhythm lol. But yes, she was fabulous and her students were great as well.
I really love this video and the beat is on point❤ and love fact that after you done with one move the next gets faster with the sond
