- Smriti Zubin Irani, HRD Minister of the incumbent Modi led government conducted an interactive session for students of IIT Bombay on 29th September 2014. With questions about the utility of new IITs and stipend hike for PGs the session was quite an interesting one.
She is good!!!
The way she is approaching problems and the way she is responding is commendable.....
she is a gud actor... nut no mind...no vision...
It was really great on the part of IIT B to share such informative video .
Our HRD minister is also great to inform and answer and bring new changes ,the ecosystem points , everything is really clear and wonderful .
All those were prepared/drafted by IAS officers under her. However these things r beyond understanding of the brainless bhaktas.

why is there no question about PSU's visiting on campus placement in govt. colleges like IITs, NITs ?
Most of the time her answer was - this is IIT you guys give me the solution or lets form a committee . Must say she was really good at deflecting attention. She was talking about IITs in terms of regional hubs for education so what purpose do NITs serve? God I wish someone had put this up to her during the discussion. Why is the answer to the last question not a part of this video?

Why people hate OBC , SC, ST progress. Why don't they question without knowing the background ..lands of IITs/IIM are taken at a zero price which shelter all backward people in India and same people work as laborer and become slum dwellers, would rich people give their homes for IITs/IIM ? Today the whole cabinet including the Prime Minister is illiterate in India. We must blame the Congress Party for this. Though they had highly educated and honest people like Dr. Manmohan Singh on top the Congress had become utterly corrupt and also pushed the dynasty.
The only alternative was to bring in he BJP which still had quite a few honest people.
Smriti Irani reflects the BJP. She is is absolutely stupid-illeterate and does not know what she is talking about. Nehru wasn't the brain behind IITs. He appropriated credit for something which was planned even before independence.You can check history of IITs on wikipedia.

@ Param . Dude. I am an IITian too. Since i was young, i have always heard people debating about educational qualification of politicians. Idk why everyone has to defend Smriti Irani all of a sudden. The fact is there are other people who can do this job much better than her and we do need qualified people for the specialist positions like finance and HRD. And do u really think your grand mother can be a better HRD minister than u???!!!
That's right. So?? What's the point of defending Irani. She has no degree or any other noticeable credential. I don't know about any important thing that she has done in her life to achieve this position. I am pretty sure there are much better people available for this job.
Idk what r u talking about? Who cares what's her dreams are. The job of a hrd minister is to fulfill the dreams of youths of this country and I have no reason to believe she is a good person to do this job. She has got no great degree. She has got no prior experience of running any ministry. What she has excelled was is acting in a stupid soap opera. I think we deserve better person at this position as I consider HRD as a very important ministry.
