what stage are you in your loc journey?
I literally just got starter locs 2 days ago, thanks to your influence. I'm definitely in the ugly stage, but I'm loving it so far!
2 years and 6 months January🥰 19th is my loc anniversary
We have the same loc anniversary date but I started in 2023. 1.5 years loc’d! I love it here 🥹

Omg your hair has grown so beautifully 🥹. Watching this has definitely changed my perspective with my loc journey. It’s been 2 years and 3 months now and I’ve just been going through it with appreciating the journey and being too critical with how much they’re changing but appreciating the changes is the plus in this ! You woke something up in me 😂

I'm 3 weeks in to my locs and I completely get what you mean about cracking your final form! Even though they're far from mature, I just love my hair. The only time I can remember loving my hair as it was was when I chopped it all off tbh this feels like who I'm meant to be. And I'm so relieved to feel this way about it this early on because I was bracing myself for the "ugly" phase and to feel so embarrassed. But I just don't! Like my hair is undergoing a transformation, its amazing!

Your locs are GORGEOUS! I fell in love with your channel awhile ago. But had no idea we started our journey the same time! That’s awesome. The 16th will be my 2.5 locaversary and I am never looking back. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Almost the same as you lovely, I'm 2 years and 6½ months. Easy to keep track of because they're about 2 weeks older than my puppy, well not so much a puppy anymore but he is in my eyes...🖤🐾
I love seeing how both of our locs are maturing, both with 4c hair but your hair is higher density and you're younger than me (I just turned 50), so you don't have to dye yours or worry about menopause snatching you bald!!! 😂 Your grid is still perfect 👌🏾
