Yall know that this was distributed by roku, not disney. It was going to be distributed by disney but they goin bankrupt so it was made by roku. Also me and my twin brother auditioned for this show but never got the call back sadly.
Didn't you hear from the beginning, "This is a new beginning, a fresh start." That's a subtle verbal cue. DEI means you are the wrong color for this reboot. If you want to say it's not about that, then tell me why it never has ever in a single instance this century happened the other way around. You're simply not diverse enough. The director, Kat Coiro, formerly of She-Hulk twerking fame, has made her position well known for sticking it to trolls who don't like this by pushing it right in their face every time & consequently completely failing as a successful money making director. I know your future jobs depend on you not responding to this, but it's true no matter what you write for appearance's sake. We all know it including you. Kudos for trying to get hired in Hollywood on a race-switching project. It's a shame they didn't have enough extra villain rolls for you to get hired.

Yeah, villains. Do I need to keep going? Or is this enough to resoundingly refute your claims?
Why did this make me feel uncomfortable 😢 I’ll give it a second watch and see if it’s any better. Edit: this gives me a Disney version of Harry Potter vibe like they looked at Wednesday and decided to fill it with fairies while going for Harry Potter. I’ll still give it a watch but this didn’t blow me away sadly

Almost all the productions nowadays, "Take the most beloved stories and paint the characters black, then eat the story and regurgitate the undigested slob". People are now just hoping for a good product by watching the trailers, but they turn out to be mediocre or terrible show;s we are just left with hope.
How so? These are the production companies and Disney is not one of them: Lightbulb Farm Productions. Atmosphere Television. The Kennedy/Marshall Company. The Gotham Group. Paramount Television Studios. 20th Television.
