Trilogy was specifically designed to contain 3 ep's with 6 songs each (I guess he had that in mind from the start to somehow form number 666). And this track wasn't in any of the ep's, so that's the reason why it isn't there. If anything, it's "L.A. Venice Bitch 80's", that shouldn't be in the album, because it seems so out of place in the overall composition.
Definitely one of his strongest songs, but highly underrated due to the nature of its limited exposure. Really sad about that.
