I agree school uniform is very old fashioned but times have changed since then so public and private schools should get rid of the dress code that way it shows that everyone is unique in their own way
As a British girl, I always had to wear a uniform to school and there were always badly behaved students. If wearing a school uniform actually improved behaviour, all the students would behave perfectly all the time. In America, one of the most successful countries in the world, school students don't wear uniforms. This proves that you can still be successful even if you don't wear a uniform to school.
"One of the most successful countries in the world" Well if you think the education system in America is one of the most successful then yeah, you don't live in America
I wore a school uniform when I used to go to school and never spoke back. Nothing wrong wearing a school uniform... If you don't like the rules , go to a different school... You are there to study... It's not a fashion show.
@@frybanshee43 yes actually it does I don’t like uniforms as much as you do but uniforms are actually made for equality so no one feels like the other person is better or lower than them
Hey guys reading this , i just wanted to share my opinion on uniforms for schools. Uniforms may not be a part of the learning but uniforms as the name suggests gives uniformity between the students , whether a student is rich or poor the student is viewed at the same level when they all wear the same uniform. About schools with dress codes, it's better time they either bring the system of uniforms or a change in the dress code according to the new trends .
Whenever it's Wednesday/Friday in the Philippines, the students here get to pick what they want to wear and I think that's very necessary for all the schools
That was the two girls old school. They said they used to go to Rebel high school and you can see it says “Go rebels” on the wall..that wasn’t the private school.
I like uniforms cz it represents unity, prevents bullying and teaches kids to be their own age. Also, some people dress like divas to the school, which make other people think that they are not good enough. Having uniforms is always better in my opinion
@Jamie Strand lol the fact that people care more about not wearing uniforms then the fact that people destroy the world overpopulate the world animals becoming extinct because of them messing up the food chain bruh what is this nonsense- if there was no uniforms girls could be distracting boys like I know there’s actually schools that have no school dress code and the girls there look like they at a party and not at school …
Schools are supposed to be for education, not about showing their clothes And I thought they wanted to change it because the boys could dress like whatever they want while girls were punished And those uniforms are better than the ones in my school
True and they need to stop making the excuse that the dress code is from the 1900 since what is there to change lol it’s fine how it is just wear uniforms it’s not hard to follow the rules
Hi Totally Studios! ''As the saying goes: out with the old, in with the new''. I believe that you can teach and discipline whether you have a uniform or not, what matters is teaching. I'm happy that Krystal and Amber kept fighting to change the dress code and they inspired others and their voices will be heard. Blessings 🙏🏻
The reason for having a dress code and a sincere uniform is to promote equality and create an aura for studying. To change the vibes, the dress code can be changed by changing the pattern of the uniform.
As someone attending school in Britain we have a strict dress code, skirt just below the knee, or wear the school trousers, tie must always be warn, blazer must always be warn, (but we can take it off in the classrooms) our shirts must always be tucked in, socks must be long, no ankle socks allowed, or tights. Own clothes day are on last day of half terms or last day of terms/ last day of school year. We have a pe kit.
To me uniforms are nice. I wouldn’t have to think about what I need to wear just like my middle school. Also there’s always going to be a type of dress code no matter where you go. Kind of like in a workplace you need to dress more formally then when you go to a party. Especially if your in a busy area you need to be able to tell the difference between the general public and students/staff
They look good ngl but most the times the skirts are up to your knees and it looks ugly and just not it I get we are going to school to learn but let’s be honest nobody really goes to learn we go for drama and crushes and basically anything else other than learning. But still if a school will provide a school dress code then please make it modestly
It's good that the students like to express themselves because it can show what our personality is like, and it can show everyone including teachers that everyone is different and it makes them special, besides some people like to wear clothes that are fashionable, some people like to wear school clothes, some people also like to wear regular clothes, so that is why it's good that students and other people like to express themselves. What I also like about the video is that it doesn't contain bad words.
Ok, I don’t have much against dress codes, I have a problem with uniforms. You should have a right to wear what you want to wear, (of course if it’s appropriate). I also hear a lot of “but it prevents bullying since rich kids can make fun of whatever the poor kid is wearing” I actually have a better solution for that. Instead of making everyone else miserable wearing uncomfortable boring clothes, how about teachers STEP IN AND STOP THE BULLYING AND DISCIPLINE THEM! Don’t just be lazy and just force everyone to be the same. And Ms. Vanderwaal also says here that without uniforms, no learning occurs. That is one of the most toxic things I’ve ever heard. So let me get this straight, kids in public schools that have no uniform never learn anything and only people who wore uniforms will get into college? Thats horrible and false
@Ellie yeah, makes sense. But seriously, our uniform dress codes are Ridiculous. Like, we have to wear all black shoes. Including the soles and logos. It can’t be white or any other color anywhere. Belts for some reason are required, but I break that rule since I always wear a school approved jacket over my waist. Oh, that’s another thing. Jackets that include the school logo are the only ones allowed. Like sweaters and quarter zips. But for some stupid reason we aren’t allowed to wear the school hoodies. Like, I was about to receive this excited to actually wear it in class. Only to find out that I can’t wear it and it’s basically just merchandise. I still don’t get why sweaters and hoodies that are a plain color or pattern aren’t allowed. And recently, a friend of mine was told that his undershirt had to be white. However, the undershirt and the outer shirt is literally the same color. So I don’t even get how that’s a problem. Yeah, dress codes like that are so freaking dumb.
I know how the students feel. I went to a catholic high school for four years, and they did have a school uniform. Although it wasn't really too bad: polo shirts in multiple colors with the school's initials, and pants that weren't jeans, cargo pants, or sweatpants.

7:27 they forget to write “for school” 100x
I remember when you guys just had 12k subscribers you have grown so much and you deserve 200k
Well, um studying in a private school, although I understand the reason for not liking the dress code, particularly, since both students and teachers use uniforms for identification, I don't see much problem
we always wear uniform its a strict rule the only exception is pre nursry kids in which case they don't have any uniforms they can just wear what ever normal clothes they want which makes it more stressful for parents but so far up to my grade all kids have a full set of spare normal clothes in the case they have to change like someone vomits on their clothes so they would need a spare to change into
Not everyone can afford to buy school uniforms plus, they cost more than regular clothes because of the school's insignia on it.
As long as they're not exposing something I don't want to see, like the behind or private areas, I'm fine with it.
what do u mean by "behind"
@@notanormalcivilian65 the "-you know what".
Teacher: well it’s about ti.. Drive it’s about power we stay hungry we devour
My mom doesn’t allow me to wear low cut tops to work because they reveal my chest and she would be mad at me. I dress professionally just like Taylor Swift
Hi there I’m so excited for your New videos
NO MORE DRESS CODE, WAY TO GO PRINCIPAL RYAN.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Congratulations on 200k
Why were some of the people in the hallway not wearing the school uniform and somehow don’t get detention
Fr tho
They:* dont like uniform and dress code*
Me: ITS NORMALLLL
Shame on the other students for going against the school dress code, they're such smart a****, can't stand when students DISRESPECT their teachers and principal
Why is no one talking about the other two girls who switched their red and blue uniforms in the same day?
At #1:37 me laughing. Are we suppose to wear skirts or something like that. Lol hit the like button if you like this coment.
It was so funny when that guy tied his shirt😂
What the heck who gets to be treated like this on their first day
Thats ridiculous
Cuz the teacher is strict lol have u never had a strict teacher?
Well i had a strict teacher but not like this one
Love the vids and so colorful
That Teacher Is really Mean To Those New Students
I think its still better to have a proper uniform and these uniforms are so much better than mine
Yea sams
Uniform is also for making people equal
Equality is not everything
I like the moral of this video but if this a private school why are the girls surprised that they have to wear a uniform. Don't most private schools have to wear uniform
Yea like it’s not that hard to just wear uniform u can wear what u want when ur not at school but at school just stick to the rules
NO HATE IF YOU GET OFFENDED EASILY SKIP THIS COMMENT!!! maybe you should give credit to dharr man because he had a video pretty similar to this and yeah no hate this video was great!
No hate, but maybe he should give us credit for the 85 videos we've made on Totally TV involving school uniforms?
In fact those uniforms are over two years old from videos we did before.
3:41 “How are you supposed to learn without it?” Well you see Karen, there are these things called ✨LESSONS✨
3:17 I wouldn't squeeze it. I'd just take the top off and let it ooze out into the other container.
Funny how the boy’s uniforms are First Officer Uniforms
Jeez this the Simpsons with the writing on the board
I was dying laughing when he came in with the tide Cheetah shirt
There are some schools that allow once a week to dress whatever they like but the rest of the school days needs to be in uniform
2:50 still the rebel high set 😭
In India 🇮🇳 there is a dress code for all students
Has anyone else noticed that only those 5 students are wearing school uniforms. In the corridors no one is wearing uniforms.
