It nice to see how the Filipino people work together cleaning up a fire disaster . Lots of love to all of you keep up what you are doing and Lots prayers
I can only admire the resilience of this nation. Facing the worst adverity they pick themselves up with spirt that is second to none. God bless you everyone in the Philippines 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sadly such fires are not uncommon here. Though the one I witnessed personally was only a small community - 18 houses destroyed - it was heartbreaking. We did involve ourselves in a small way.
No gloves, footwear, eye protective glasses, hardhats and I can only imagine the cuts, scrapes, etc. resulting infections later. It's amazing how much stuff they bring into these places and how much burnt stuff they'll have to remove only to do it over again. There should be fire codes which prevents these types of communities where if the fire department cannot reach, they should not be able to construct. If there were no loss of life, it would only be a miracle.
@@jacqueline-fc8wb Being from major metropolitans in the US, Cleveland, OH, Philly, NYC, Atlanta, to name a few, it's the exception and not the rule. The poverty I've seen in this country the past 10 years is profound and nothing like what I see back home. All places have their problems but the difference is, and I say this carefully, they seem to be content about it, whereas back home, first it should never be, and few are contented, by comparison.
You call our electricians lazy? They are among the hardworkers in the country. How dare you. The installations of the powerlines are dictated by the power industry and not by the poor electricians.
The people are still happy and pleasant even in the toughest environments. We Love you Filipino Peoples

I understand how you feel. And agree, but unfortunately places just do not have it like.😢 Not even in America.

The government should start handing out fines to Power companies for their lazy electricians. I mean, look at those powerlines!
