Ughh, not wasting 20minutes on tedious verbal flim-flammery. Just give a diagram and data. Key questions: How many watts excess, how many watts input, how are they doing their calorimetry and how are they doing their control set up.

But it should at least emit some radiation, is some exces of any kind of radiation measured? If the number of protons and neutrons changes during these reactions, there should be some radiation. Even if not, the idea that all the difference in the binding energies of nucleons turns totaly into heat is strange. How? I will be happy, if someone reproduce and explain this.

Similar to E-cat (Rossi's Leonardo Corp). In that case, they claim transmutation of Nickle to Copper. Here the claim is Hydrogen to Helium (or hydrohelium - the strongest known acid) using a Palladium catalyst? The US Army is finally publicly investigating these LENR effects. It's hard to justify because these experiments seem to break some laws of physics (but, there are several phenomenon that don't seem possible based on physics laws, but happen anyway.)

even if we can make something that gives energy output at way below-100% efficiency, but which runs using cheap abundant materials and/or fuel and doesn't generate toxic outputs as a by-product, and can be scaled up easily, that itself is a major breakthrough. We don't need to "magically" cross the 100 threshold. Just setup houses or factories that are running on the solution, make a permanent livestream of one prototype that's continuously running and let time be thing that makes you win.

Assuming heater input power to each cell is roughly equal excess heat yield is (509.5 -290.9) - (527.2-329.7) / average of differences i.e 10% ,since one cell is a control , and no excess heat. Not sure how company claims 150% . Also spotted an error , fusing 2* hydrogen gives deuterium not helium 3 . This reaction is very slow due to low chance beta decay needed to turn proton into neutron. Li7 + H is a more probable reaction , trace quantities of lithium may be present in the experiment .

Measure the Helium production instead of heat, that would be undeniable proof of nuclear reaction.
Heat measurement is prone to error.

The measurement of helium (neutral) is difficult, there could be very small concetrations. Even there may not necessarily be any helium, some other product instead.. To confirm these reactions, the measurement of any radiation would be ideal.
