It feels like by the moves that have been made, there is no choice but to roll back with Stockton next year, no matter what he does. This team just doesn't have the ammo to move up in the first round if he isn't the guy.
Anything is better than the turnover machine that is Denzel Stockton and imo a lower rated QB that makes better decisions with better traits is better than a 90 that’s a gamble

Same age as Sneed, who we already saw regress last season, and it's tough watching you trade away "Home Grown" talent like Blades. Salary Cap limitations are tough to navigate, but it remains to be seen how tough things will be if you hand Stockton another contract as the QB of the Raiders. Looking forward to the rest of this season and where you take things in the rebuild.
Don't recall what our tag situation is looking like, but given how cheap the TE tag is Mayer seems like a candidate to consider this offseason if you can't get him resigned. A solid passing target and I'm so impressed watching the space he creates in the running game.

A frustrating reprise of the Divisional Round: Stockton has a strong performance on the whole, but squanders a chance to blow the game wide open early with a catastrophically timed pick, then can't get it done after the Chiefs take full advantage and come roaring back late. If nothing else, it leaves you with a worse feeling than what his statline would otherwise suggest. Back down to .500, the next few games will most likely set the tone for the rest of the year. Don't count us out yet, but I get the sense it's going to take a REALLY strong second half from Vegas and a decently weak one from LA for us to so much as sneak back into the wildcard. To push back on that a bit... at this point, the roster's aging, its not consistent at its core. The current core is aging out and there's no draft capital to build with. I don't see much of a choice but to keep that 5th year because there're going to be so many holes now and any WR to replace Adams is going to need to flash against someone with talent... if its the Raider's own Jameis Winston.

After Josh Allen retired, I drafted a highly rated hidden dev qb that turned out to be absolute crap, but found a rookie free agent qb that was 59 overall, normal Dev but was 6ft 8 and had his highest accuracy at 63 or so but took a chance on him since he was fresh out of University of Buffalo. That same free agent signing is currently at a 76 overall after winning rookie of the year just simming and watching games. Free agency just HAS to have someone better than Stockton, he wears the opponent's jersey under his every game.

you should go into formation subs or the depth chart and for nickel and dime packages move tyree Wilson inside and put Mack on the outside (it’s a waste keeping Mack on the bench) and you can prob get extra pressure while still having a decent run game defense with Wilson being a bit larger than some DE
Trading away draft capital wouldn’t have been my first choice so it stands to reason trading back in the first round to pick up more draft picks. You can still find hidden dev players late 1st early 2nd
I think one of your biggest moves should be to fire the O coordinator. Theres games you barely run. And games you start out running well, only to go away from it for huge stretches. Stockton will never be a good 35 to 40 pass a game guy. Just doesn't have the right traits for that.
That DJ Reed trade makes me sick. That's the biggest over pay I've ever seen you make. You gave up a 2nd for a VERY marginal upgrade and then traded away the 77 overall. So you gave up a 2nd for a slight, SLIGHT upgrade at outside CB, and then stay the same at slot instead of being better there too. I just don't get that one at all.

I think the in game AI peaked at maybe Madden 21 or 22. 23 was frustrating and 24 is even worse. I love these series but the AI makes it almost unwatchable
