I was looking at some Penhaligon's fragrances on eBay a month or two ago, and I kept seeing bottls of different fragrances at half the normal cost for Penhaligon's.... and the sellers were all located in the "Russian Federation." In retrospect, I'm kind of glad I passed on that. XD
