Thank you brother for such wonderful info which will definitely help us in selecting the screen size for the best experience. this kind of info is definitely helping us. Keep it up brother
Dear Tanmay, your video has been very informative and explained the concepts very well. I am planning to install a projector and screen in my living room. The wall on which I will put up the projection screen is 80 inches wide x 11 feet high. There are doors on both sides of the wall so the screen width (along with frame, hooks etc) cannot go beyond 80 inches. Opposite wall on which projector will be mounted is 14 feet away. Viewing distance is 12 feet. Can you pls help me with: 1. Ideal screen size which will fit within the 80 inches space 2. Since this is the living room with significant ambient light, especially during the day, what kind of screen will be best and economical. 3. Is there a significant difference in picture quality between White, Grey & ALR screens? Is the difference worth the incremental pricing? 4. Between Motorised and Manual Pull Down with Auto Lock, which is more practical from pricing and longevity perspective? 5. I have shortlisted WZATACO A1 projector - any feedback? Look forward to your guidance. Thank you.
1. For 80” Width - 92” zero edge screen is max to accommodate. 2. If it’s living room, then go for motorised screen that can go back up when not in use. And that ways you can go for bigger size. 3. Absolutely. If you are looking to use this in living room, then ALR is right for you. 4. Motorised is more practical. 5. Not a fan of Wzatco as the lumens are 10% of what they mention. Also, check the throw distance before proceeding with cabling
I suggest you to check our video of best full HD projectors in 2023. But they are definitely going to start from 60-70k. With regards to screen - Suvira, Milan, Highview, Veron are some of the nice budget brands you can consider

Hello sir. I greatly appreciate your post. We want to install a laser projector for our church with the nearest viewing distance of 3m and furthest viewing distance of 14m. The room has a lot of ambient lighting. What would you recommend?
You may wanna consider some business projectors which are 5000 lumens and above. Long throws are best but see what suits in your throw distance and installation position
Fantastic and this is what I was looking for. I have a question. The distance between my speakers is 104.5 inches and viewing distance is 15 feet. I am not sure if I have to go with 110 inch screen or 120? Will I see a huge difference between 110 and 120 inch screen? If 110 I can go thick bezel if not I have to do 120 think bezel. Thanks for such a clear video man!
Glad it helped you. I think 120” zero edge can be a good fit for your distance. However if you are going to have some seating in the front, then go for 110”

Hi bro.. My room size is 6*6*2mtrs 120 inch screen size is ok? My front row chair to screen is 4mtrs distance. What space i should leave bottom and top for screen placement. Also what distance i plqce my projectors
120” screen size is good. If primary consumption is more in the back row, then go for 133” screen. The bottom space will be based on your riser/platform height. We do a side elevation testing to determine this. Ideally it has to be 30” max! For projector placement, varies based upon the projector model and screen size you finalize.
