Hi Venu, thanks for watching and commenting. These areas are good. My grandpa user to live in the Audley North area. People were friendly the schools in Ajax in general are pretty good. If you check out the Fraser institute website it will give you an idea of how the specific school in that area does.
In terms of Audley St South I like it aswell. I believe tribute was the builder and being close to the waterfront trail is a big bonus. It's an area that has Tons of families. I had a friend who live in this area and they loved it. I sold it for them a few years ago because he got a good deal on a private sale next to his aunt in central Ajax.

Hello Brad, What are your thoughts on the neighbourhood immediately north of the 401, WEST of Harwood, over to Knapton Avenue, and north up to Ontario Street ? Mostly older, small homes (bungalows) many with mutual driveways, but still affordable at around $550 K. Will this area start to go up in price soon ? Is it a good area to buy in ? thanks, DP

Hi Causing Ascene, i appreciate you taking the time to watch my video and commenting. My good friend lived on Pine St. (North of 401 East of Harwood) and it was a good area with a lot of long term owners and young families who lived there as their first homes. within the GTA, all areas are going to continue to rise as the housing market increases. When you look at what is mostly being built, it is a lot of condos and townhomes. So anything detached will increase as more and more people want a decent house with a nice yard. I hope that helps and if you need any help getting into one of these properties, reach out anytime :)

@@BradGoetz Hello ! Thanks for your reply. You mentioned "it was a good area" and I agree with you. But it's kind of gone down in the past 10 years or so. And in the past 9 months, with prices sky rocketing, I think a lot of people are buying there now and will start to renovate and improve those litte "war time" houses. thanks.

@@BradGoetz A house at 9 York Street in Ajax just sold for $515,000. It was only a 2 bedroom house, but it's on a 40' wide lot , has a private driveway, and it has a south facing back yard. Is that a "fair market price" ? is it higher or lower than usual for that area ? thanks !

Hi! I live in Toronto and am planning to move to Ajax. I am looking for a free hold townhouse as a first time home buyer. Which areas in Ajax would be affordable while maintaining a better standard of living?

      Hi Hasib,
Thanks for watching and commenting. To answer your question it comes down to affordability, in Ajax the townhomes are all in the $600k-$650k pricepoint to start and go up to $750k.

Hey Kieran, I have not received them yet. It's been an ongoing issue....they either get lost, or just lose interest in coming to me 🤣🤣🤣

Pickering beach area is not affordable. It’s one of the most expensive neighborhood.

Hi Tracy, thank you for watching the videos and commenting. I do like Pickering Beach. The homes are really nice, especially the newly build ones. But you are right, due to some of the rebuilt ones, the affordability is expensive.
