Not to far from me....im at dryden and thickson. Do the listen test. Go to the rooms at the back and see if you hear anything. Then go in the backyard and do the same. Of the noise levels are ok, then it won't matter....if you need help feel free to reach out.....but it sounds like you already have an agent helping you.

Is thickson rd very busy? Looking at a property back to the thickson rd. Would that be an issue?
