What does the houses on Bolland Crescent look like because those homes are close to the lake as well?

Hi Eric, thanks for watching and commenting. Those homes are 50's & 60's built 2 storey, bungalows and side splits.....they are pretty common layouts for the erra......some are renovated and nice while others are mostly original as there is not a lot of turnover...

Hi Sakamoshi Kaka, thanks for watching and commenting. There would be options out there, but it may be difficult. You may be looking at condo townhouse. I did have an accepted offer for a 1 bedroom bungalow in Ajax under the $600k range
