Whitby is a Township with a population of approximately 129,000 citizens. It's clean, spacious, lots of country trails and amenities. I'd move there in a heartbeat. Also very close to all major highways.
I know downtowns in general are bad. I'm researching looking around Whitby downtown Mason Dr & Dovedale Dr do you know that area? Do you know if this is safe area and are tentants pool bad in that area like Oshwa downtown? Anything you can share about that area would be apperiated.

The problem with a freehold townhome is people can’t agree on colours. All different colour roofs , roofs done at different times and gaudy coloured garage doors. It starts to look like a ghetto.
Rolling Acres Community is one of the best neighborhoods I've lived in in my entire life have lived here for over 15 years raised my child here the community and people are amazing low crime virtually no crime surveillance on all alleys schools and properties I would give Rolling Acres Community a 10/10 if you are looking to move into a area in Whitby
