    Great video !! I would love to see a video of what you eat in a week. I tried to cut out meat but I was so tired all the time !

    I honestly don’t understand the calculator app thing sis help I got the amount of carbs protein fats per a day but how am I tracking it
    Do I need to put what I eat daily in another app ??

      Sorry for the late reply girl! So I have a google doc that I created with the nutrition facts of the foods that I eat but that’s the hard way lol. You can use apps like MyFitness Pal, Carb Watcher, Noom, and Lose It!
