@@kiran-bilal Hi are you referring to the keepall 45 or the josh backpack? My keepall 45 has a tiny gaps on both ends. Nothing on the backpack. If you’re not happy with your purchase. You can go to the store and change to a new bag. Sorry for the late reply. Hope I answered your questions.
