gjaddajg Its a holder for a cell phone. It would be sweet to make a low budget one because the app will be free.
Sentinalh If you can find access to a 3D printer then all you have to is paint and it keeps the cost very low.
I was delayed for 5 years. Now in 2020 while we are in quarantine, I can enjoy the magnificent creation process that you did. Congratulations.

This series is really great! Everything is presented and edited really well! I love the focus on the budget, too. That's an impressive prop regardless of cost, but $33 makes it remarkable.

Dremel a hole at the top on the black and paint interior hole to match the handlebar hole in the film

Great video! Just made mine using these instructions. I used 8" sandwich / pizza trays instead of plastic plates and I'm going to use mine as a guitar pedal board so haven't bothered with the footplate. Thinking I made mount some perspex blocks on the underside to give it some illusion of it hovering.

Wow! You are very good at this, good job! :D
tip about the spray glue: spray both objects, the plywood and the paper, and let it dry before adhering. not completely but until it's tacky to the touch. THEN put them together. you'll have to be pretty exact because since it's not wet anymore it doesn't let you adjust but it'll mean for a much stronger bond. when you use the spray adhesive wet it still needs to off-gas and dry and if it's trapped between two objects it can't do that properly and so won't actually hold very well.

Gandalf Le Blanc Aside from getting help from an actual metal inscriber, you're probably looking at getting a matching ring that is flat and applying some kind of stencil on top and coating it to keep it nice.

I like the new people but I feel Dustin made the best ones because they were actually low budget, all the new people's are pretty expensive. And Dustin's props mainly used things that were super easy to get

For the purple piece on the bottom, I cut mine out of 1/2 inch pine and rounded the edges. Painted it purple and it looks really awesome!

I might know how to make it fly by putting strong magnets strong enough to carry a person,but it'll work on a metallic floor.
You’d need very strong magnets for that.

Spongebob is stronger than Goku yea but you’ll need very strong magnets and could cause an accident if it flips and attaches very roughly and quickly into the metal
@@Emersonac It actually exists ! "Hendo" made it already, and Lexus also made it for a commercial. It works with really strong magnets that uses superconductivity.

So saying "do this for Cosplay" is wrong, because it already is. What it isn't is costumes.

Cosplay is costumes, props are extras, you can cosplay as Batman without batarangs.
Props are just add ons, what makes cosplay is the costumes.

I am from the Canary Islands, Spain and here it is very difficult to get things like that. it looks fine except for the Sharpie lines...
clear coat over the paper. as long as you don't plan to stand on it the clear coat will help with peeling and give the whole surface a uniform gloss.
kght222 more of a uniform finish than uniform gloss. Matte can work better than gloss when things shouldn't be glossy.
MWestover yeah, clear coat doesn't have to be glossy, but the gloss is a property, matte is just a state along the axis of gloss.

1 go back in time to kidnap the producer of mac and me 2 go back in time to the year 1985 to see the back to the future movie in a theater 3 go back in time to 1974 and stay there that is what I would do with a time machine if it existed 😊

That's one of the best ones you've done fair play, very fussy with the templates though. After all that though, before you put those pads on the top and bottom I would have had a sheet of clear sticker decal and covered the top and bottom to protect it and give it a bit of a shine.
