stepdown section (5v ot 3v shorting finding)

Today i am going to explain you what is Step Down Section
Step down means where voltage going to regulate and reduced.
there is one voltage regulated chip distribute 3.3v and 5v to respected sections. this voltage called always voltage because when laptop is off condition that time this voltages must be present and live.
