Well sir, when i saw the video i couldn't help but to comment... i work as a heavy road service mechanic for a towing company. My mobile shop is a 16 foot International box with a rear and side rollup, and liftgate, i thought i had a pretty slick setup in it, but after seeing this truck, i defer to the masters..... when you have a company that has a design like this and stays on top of technology and trends like you do, something designed and built by a few tow drivers and mechanics simply cannot hold a candle to it.. again, i love the truck sir... out of curiosity, what does a unit like that run for?? (If you dont mind my asking)
John Harrington Thank you very much for your comments and appreciation of our design John. Depending on equipment between $50,000 - $70,000 keep in mind we furnish, install and fabricate everything you see in the video except of course the actual truck/auto repair parts. We deliver a mobile truck turnkey 100% ready to work. We build Mobile service trucks for Rush Enterprises/Peterbilt, Ryder Transportation and currently building a fleet of Reefer Mobile PM trucks for Carrier Transcold.
At first I thought 'hey, a civilian version of the M944A1 Truck'...but then I noticed it was all focused on 'lubrication' and not 'general work'...which I just can't imagine such a demand to keep a MAJOR investment like this in business. Might want to take a look at the M944...it had a basic machine shop, mechanic shop, hardshell awnings (security feature), ample tool storage, generator, welder, oxy-acetylene torch, air service...the works. While this is 'nice' and 'pretty', the M944 on 10-wheel drive (for those rough construction sites) is a far-better fit for servicing D10 dozers, then Peterbilts, back to F450 trucks...construction companies would actually buy such a truck then, to service their own fleets...in the field, where they want it.
I run a Sony desktop laser printer off a 2000 watt power inverter connected to a 900WT deep cycle battery. Wired direct with a battery isolator. I’ve found portable printers are a pain in the rear (cost, speed, ink spittoon, software errors) Laser printers are super fast, use toner instead of costly ink and are super reliable and cheap ($80.00). I’ve been using the same unit for 3 years now and my ink cost savings has paid for this printer several times over.
I didn't see no first aid kits so when he breaks up fingernail great video great truck go buddy just picking at you wish it was mine I didn't see a coffee maker either oh I got it you just got the truck key don't have inventory on it much
In my personnel experience fleetguard filters are garbage for filtering the oil but a fram tough guard filter has a 99% filtration and catches what the other filter missed and I have a cummins motor in my truck and the fram filter caught all the sludge in the motor that the fleetguard filter missed and I used rotella 15w40 oil and after a couple of oil changes it cleaned the crap out of the engine and now it runs nice and smooth and good power
Is the good all a very good welder. It seems like a diesel welder with air would be a better option. I like the oil location It would be cool to make a tool box that could be accessed from the inside and doors on the out side Or draws that could slid to the inside and out
I like the computer station Beautiful moble shop. I wonder if anyone makes 2way drawers, that would allow access to the tools from the out side, As well as the inside. Its a little tall and to climb in and out would get old fast.
Too clean to have ever been used, all the component trays (red box trays) are empty.Either the truck has only used ben fitted out, or it is just for show. But by watching the video, I can clearly see it has not been used for maintenance work, no far too clean.
outside computer station? ... great for rainy days! that needs to go INSIDE the box!
Probably designed it outside for diagnostics . Rain won't be an issue if you have something like a Toughbook.
This is what I'm building... but out of a 28' U-Haul. Less mobile maintenance, more rolling fabrication workshop.
May the Lord bless you and what your doing!
Make videos on it you’ll get popular no problem people love this stuff
WOW! that mobile truck is AWSOME! very well put.😊👍
Absolutely amazing, very well thought out and equipped! 👍👍
Yeah really nice, accept for the bench grinder mounted right over the reserve fuel can storage. Who mounts a bench grinder over top of a gas can?
Nice for California. 15-40 does not pump at -25 unless u have a heater in the tank. Very spacious body inside though.
Very nice. Well thought out, very much my style of thinking.
Incredible truck... beautiful setup. Well thought out
John Harrington Thank you for the compliment. We work very hard to stay on top of design and innovation of field service.

Between $100,000 - $125,000.00 you provide cab and chassis
Beautiful!
Wow very nice. Im in the process of fabricating a mobile full service tire shop out of a isuzu npr 16ft body box truck.
I really like the mobile power unit/ compressor that mount outside. Saves alot of space

Awesome truck, except for the Baldwin filters :P
many brands buy they filters from baldwin... put a CAT label on it and voila
Baldwin fuel filters will void the warranty on an ISX. You aren't wrong, but I would take Fleetguard over just about anything.
in all fairness, fleetguard is owned by cummins so of course they only want u using fleetguard.
@@danoldsbb4558 actually, its Donaldson filters are Cat filters.
Id love walking up and down those steps for every socket and thing i need....
Nice set up..... 👍
its going to look that nice for about a week - lets face it
Ya definitely not a up north salt belt rig. It's a super nice looking set up for u southerners
Are you still in business and doing this? I'm very interested in getting some more information
Very nice truck guys some one tell me please what type of permit i need to have a road service truck i am in new york state thanks
I like the computer station
Beautiful moble shop.

time to service the world
Truck more like a portable shop.
How much do you have in it.
Seams a bit big for what you want
awesome! how much could cost that ? David
As seen $100,000 you provide cab and chassis
Exclusive filter holders?! 🤪
Dear Santa...
I'm 61 yo and I'm going to diesel tech school. I want to do a roadside repair. Does this truck carry everything for all my needs.
Yes
nice truck
What is the total cost for this install ?
I like the Peter built truck .
Awesome ! too bad tech is gonna gum it all up with the gloves...
Farmer Gerry here i wish you would have said the price
Nice i want apply this job a' m mechanic maintenance biggest truck caterpillar
Just had an eye-gasm
Now that’s a service truck just missing the crane but seems like this is more for auto

All it needs is a bathroom lol

Nice.... could i get a deal on just the "shift" lever..... all i could afford!!!!
Is the truck making money ?
Yes Iv'e built 15 for Rush Truck Leasing and 2 for Peterbilt of Las Vegas
@@leicompany 17 made!! wow!!
Everything but one important item ! A crane
Nice
What's the Cost of this?
As seen $100,000 you provide cab and chassis
That’s a vacation service truck
The whole truck is badass. Except the "exclusive" filter holders look like paper pieces of crap.
Too much petrol to get from A to B
that music sure does suck
spend yer life paying for it lol
With a rig like this you'd be surprised how quickly it amortizes about 5 years
