* Kulang sa wow factor yung kitchen, need renovate.
* odd yung mga furnitures specially sa rooms. Island counter sa banyo. Kalako may mini kitchen sa 2nd floor yun pala entrance na sa master bedroom.Hindi mo mawari kung saan ying door entrance.
* ganda ng lightings
* ganda ng dining are na open concept
* wag pure white yung color kasi may natural lights na pumapasok naman sa house. Lagyan ng darker colors.
* Baguhin yungbdoor entrance nasa sulok pa kasi.
* Overall napakaganda ng layout. Need lang magconsult sa interior designer para mapataas pa yung value.

I like the house design with the exception of the awkward lack of space opening the down stairs bathroom and the way they actually chose to utilize some of the space. Great tour as usual Presello 🤌🏽✨
This would have been a great house if the backdoor is actually the main entrance. They built the house backwards. 🥴 Also, if anyone is interested in buying this, they should ask or make sure that no one builds a house across the street.

Liking the layout of this home. There is ample space for the myriad of activities I have in mind. As always Julia squeezes in as much detail as she can with the allotted time the film crew has for the day. On that note with the team bonding activities you guys do. Would be interesting to see Julia post some lap times at New Clark City International speedway with that Huracan. Would be an embellishment to see and hear that production Lambo scream by on the straightaway. How about accepting this humble request Pressello?? Julia in a tracksuit and a helmet :-) In car view watching the instruments and rev count climbing. Oh my! She would be the fastest house tour host in the Philippines 🇵🇭 she can put that under her belt as a bucket list.
Kung cno man po ang may gusto bumili ng bahay wag ka mag alala' ndi po ikaw nag iisa palagi ka may kasama sa bahay ndi mo lng cya nakikita pero cgurado po ako na nakikita ka nya..

I like the house, but the problem is the pool its really in front of the street like there is no privacy on it, also the house I feel like its too transparent and passer's can see it through inside and hopefully no one is building a house across the street cuz its really awkward to dip into the pool while being seen on everyone who passes by. Just only my opinion though, it is also widely open it lacks the security and safetiness that kind of feeling.
20,000,000 that's what I can offer for that double floor building. Should have a 4th floor with luxurious things for 50,000,000 price tag.

mahal talaga yan kaya mas maganda ikaw na yung mag pagawa tapos ibenta mo ng sobra sa pinagawa mo ganyan naman kalakaran sa real estate businesses.
Yung build ng house na iyan nasa 20M+ pero binenta ng above that price range.
Kita naman kulang kulang rin o feel mo na di justifiable ang price pero as an agent, they deliberately tell you that is worth the price, sweet talks are in the works.

actually maganda dyan sa subdi na yan tabi yan sa puregold and mcdo. Ndi siya delikado, secured subdi pero yuhh nataon na tong bahay na to is malayo sa other houses but other than that oks sa sundi na yan lapit pa sa golf course

Low density kase ang SV and they maintain green open spaces and ample amenities. Part of the cost of lot and living there. And added cost of construction coz workers can't stay onsite. Have to fetch them to and from the construction area eod. Fresh air, security, and privacy come with a price. Houses can afford not to have a fence.

The space was not appropriately and intelligently designed. The kitchen especially is not within the house's price point. The interior has no wow factor. Sayang ganda ng location.

The design of the house is not cohesive. It looks like the architect who designed the floor plan was high as fuck when he designed this house.
