This has got to be one of the most practical houses on this channel with its price to space and design ratio. I however would want to renovate the pool by turning it into an elevated and larger one and an infinity edge overlooking the hills.
The walls act as windbreakers. I think they purposely did not havean infinity pool is bec of the strong winds
at first i thought it was just a small house... but no... it was massive! and the design?! wow! just wow!
My favorite part is the Primary Bedroom and the Pool Area 🏊♀️
You can really tell when the host likes the house.. She so kilig 😂❤❤ love it

Beautiful house indeed and the view and scenery is spectacular..❤ Not sure of the topography of the area but the gorge at the back looks like it will be filled with water during rainy season,which can erode the soil,gradually causing the land to slide....Just an observation...Julia hair is beautiful!!❤🙏

exterior at entrance pa lang, alam na lalaki lang may interes sa ganitong design. @Presello - ang dilim ng video o mababa average level, lalo na kung indoor windows, out of focus pa minsan ang camera. I think it's time na gumamit kayo iPhone or high end Android to shoot videos.

Somehow, the design and arrangement of spaces did not really take advantage of the spectacular view at the back. A full-width balcony would have been perfect at the ground floor level with dining space and an open kitchen parallel to it.

Modern. But a very sad house.
Erosion is your biggest enemy if you own this house. Especially in that landscape where trees are sparse. Not gonna last, i bet. Have this quoted for an insurance and it being expensive than the usual will give you an idea how the property is a high risk.
