How did you remove the motor cable, to free the rear wheel? It's hardwired to the motor and Fiido didn't think to add a clip, for easy removal.

Did you find a 12 tooth sprocket that fit?
If not, have you thought about putting a 52T crankset on it instead?

52T chainring will require a new chain; a 50t is only 2 teeth from the original 48T. So buy a new chain and go with 52T or 53T, any bigger will interfere with the chainstay.

I changed my chainring to 53T; Litepro is the brand, include cranks for $40, new chain for $10. Best $50 upgrade in my book.

Hi, how are you feeling with the 53T chainring? I would like to do the same thing but with a 56T chainring, do you think it's possible? or too big?
